A SCAM CENTER

Paid for $400, and the only missed information I input is my middle name.
Guess what? They turned me away from the test.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
They could update my middle name details, and they still told me to pay another AUD$400 for the test.

If middle name was that important they should make a box for it in the registration details.

I am probably one of several Papua New Guinean students attending Navitas in 2023. I really enjoyed being here, because every staffs here at Navitas are so kind and very helpful. No matter where you come from, they are always in there best to treat everyone equally and openly. Therefore, Navitas is a great pathway to your future career!

Highly recommend for International student want to learn and improve your English. I had a great time at Navitas Perth. All teachers and staffs are very nice and good experience. They are always support all students.

They offer excellent courses with competent teachers. I definitely recommend it! My classmates have become my OZ family.

I booked the test 50 days ago, but suddenly less than a week before the test commencing, they emailed me that I have to reschedule my test appointment without giving any reason. Is it for real? I have already planned everything including canceling my working shift and my travel for holiday to my country. When I tried to book the test for the next days it's all fully booked and I have to wait for another month. This is not professional and frustrated me. You need to hire more test administrator, so if one can't work due to emergency leave, the rest can replace his/ her without sacrificing the participant's schedule.

Exam cancelled within 3 business days (27th of April) and no contact to help me to reschedule to a nearest date or other center near by.
Online support was not helpful at all, but informed me that the center changed their opening times. Is this a valid reason to cancel the exam? They can't reschedule the exam for 30 minutes or one hour later?
I tried contact the center to answer this same questions but they are closed on weekend. No help at all either.
Now, I have to wait 7-9days to get the refund to be able to re-book the exam to the end of the next month, May. This is playing with peoples life's, I had to request work leave to do this exam, all this trouble and no costumer support at all. We are numbers to this institutions, pay them $410 and keep moving.

Thank you Navitas if I knew I had prepared my self for IELTS. To late now.

I had a great experience at Navitas Perth. Teachers and staffs are very good and always support me.

Cancel my exam day before just by sending a email, and did not even bother to reschedule it to next closest date. They just don't care about the people, so i had to wait another month to get the exam (I did it in the other center, which is way better than this one). If you want to do the exam as planned, don't book with them.

Nope! Nope! Nope! Do not do that mistake! In addition "KE LI" definitely shouldn't work there!

Highly recommended for international students. They help you with not just your academic plans but with accomodation, job application and everything else. They have great teachers that are very friendly and really amazing at what they do.

Too much disturbance while giving test, they should sort out a system to provide a quite environment.
