Like many families, it has been a journey for us trying to navigate the aged care system to find an aged care facility for my Dad. Through both her contacts and current accreditation information, Vanessa was able to make recommendations of residential aged care facilities, and assist us as much or as little as we required, and we appreciated this flexibility.
