Ordered the chosen bouquet for same day delivery. Received a surprise text message from them with a picture of the freshly made arrangement saying "We thought you might like to see the flowers you ordered" - What a great touch and very personal service. Have ordered many a time from various places and this was very pleasing to be able to see the flowers that are being sent out.
Great service, great price and 10 out of 10 for service.

I ordered Mothers Day Flowers. Their website said delivery on Mothers Day Day available - specific times frames available, so I proceeded with the order for delivery Sunday morning and paid the $15 delivery charge. Then I get a call from my mother - her flowers delivered late Saturday afternoon. Not Sunday morning as ordered. I called to ask why - only to be told, they had been up since 4am and have no time to call customers and I should be grateful they got the delivery out. So much for my mothers day surprise and for something of significance - really pleased I know for future they can't even be bother to contact you if they can't make the time you ordered. Instead just do whatever suits them because they wake up early.apparently a courtesy call for a different delivery DAY and time is even too much of a bother for this place.

We ordered some flowers as a get well present for a colleague after an accident. We were sent a photo of the flowers within a few hours, they were very professional and they flowers are beautiful. Would definitely recommend to other people.

I left work earlier to buy some flowers for my missus birthday but shop was closed and it wasn't even 3 o'clock! Fortunately the other florist in Clarkson was open. Don't think I will be trying my luck with this business again.

Amazing service. They have always delivered beautiful bouquets to my mum and sister when i have ordered online, as i live in karratha and can't go in store. Website is so user friendly and easy to find just the right assortment of flowers for any occasion.

Wonderful experience with this business on more than one occasion.
This time we asked for recommendations for a casket arrangement to match a family heirloom quilt.one which was extremely colourful and abstract.
The end result was perfect. The staff cared and it showed. They also came up with the idea of a linked 3 piece arrangement which we were then able to distribute to the three families most closely involved.

Helped me sort out a late birthday present for my wife and did not worry about my indecisiveness or prevarication. Beautiful bouquet of natives and a weeping fig may sound an unusual choice but they were marvellous and the service was top notch. Thanks Pete & friends.

The amazing team at natures gift box floral designs were fantastic to deal with. As an interstate customer it’s always a bit tricky and risky choosing a company, not being familiar with the area, however with Pete’s friendly customer service and flexibility I was put at ease immediately. They even emailed though pics of the final products! The florists did an amazing job and put so much detail into the work, everything looked so amazing even down to the personalized card! I am completely blown away as a Melbourne Florist. I spoke to my friend today and she has been so surprised and loved everything.
I would definitely recommend this local business and will be using them again!

I rang and ordered flowers with a particular style in mind with less than 2 hours warning (my bad, typical bloke). They couldn't do enough for me and the flowers were exactly what I had pictured. Before I even realised she received them they were posted on Facebook. She loved them. Perfect

Upon going in for a special request for a funeral, (short notice as well, I must admit) the lady serving me was beyond helpful and warming, considering the situation. They accommodated my every wish at the greatest price and even gave me the biggest hugs.

Very pleased with this beautiful display. Ordered from the UK at 7: 30pm last night and delivered to the recipient before I woke up this morning! Excellent service, highly recommended and would definitely use again.

Ordered online the day prior to delivery and the flowers were delivered bang on time and, judging by the photo I received they looked even better than they did on the website. Ordering online can be hit and miss but this was perfect. Thank you!
