Naturaliste Air Conditioning

I contacted NAC on Xmas Eve when our air-con unit played up. Unbelievably, Jeff got back to me that night and booked us in for the Wed morning. The task proved to be more difficult than expected as we have had renovations done recently and the unit had been lowered on the wall. Of course that affected the condensation drainage so he had to try and realign piping that was basically running uphill! Miraculously he was able to secure a solution despite being nearly 4 metres up a ladder and in the heat trap below the ceiling. Highly recommend NAC for any air-con work that you might need doing.

Initially Jeff was called in to fix the heating problem but due to age and rat residence the unit was not worth repairing. Jeff was able to instal a new unit in the promised time, efficiently and also address a problem with the ducting. He was super efficient despite the inclement weather, took great care inside our home and was supremely charming. A pleasure to have him on the job. Highly recommend him.
