Natrad Malaga

My GT liberty had a cambelt issue so after taking it to a couple of 'apparent' subaru specialists, one changing the belt and returning the vehicle to me running even worse and the other made it clear it was above his pay grade but charged me to say so, I took it to Natrad malaga.
This was a wise decision, these mechanics are Subaru specialists.
It had to be dismantled, repaired and re-assembled correctly. The car now performs again.
Great communication and expert knowledge in the field.
I wouldn't hesitate taking my Subaru back to Natrad.
Money well spent.

Failed to Repair Radiator 2 times in a row.

Had a little crack in my motorcycle radiator, went over to try to get it fixed and as always you get the typical "no promises given" - speech.

I don't mind it when they would have said "this is unrepairable, you need a new one" but then what does make you a radiator specialist?

Gave them my radiator, not the whole bike because that would just be more working hours I had to pay for.

Got it back with a not so fantastic looking weld on it and "tested on double the normal psi's", but hey if the crack is sealed, I am a happy costumer.

100 kms later.fully leaking again.

Went back again to get it fixed again.

Got it back with an even uglier weld on it and "we normally don't do warranty repairs. " but again, if the crack is sealed, I am happy.

This time I check if I don't have any coolant blockages and check if the cooling pump is spinning indeed if there are no other causes for it to keep failing. All works fine, no blockages, pump spinning.
Installed the radiator again.

1km test drive. Leaking from the exact same spot again.

I am not going back with for a 3rd try but I like to have my 200 dollars back.
Customer service was decent, but I paid for a fix and never got it. So tired of these types of businesses.

Called in after night shift to see what they could do for me and my badly leaking radiator. They immediately had a quick look and quoted up to a $700 replacement if repair couldn't be done.
Leaving it with them I came back after a sleep, before they closed to find it ready to go.
Repairs were not advised so a new radiatorwas installed and tested, all good. After showing me the old radiator, I agreed to wear from I guess being blasted by sand and grit over the years, airflow was severely restricted and a stone chip making a hole, the psi quickly emptied the radiator causing overheating. I'm soo lucky the heads weren't cracked.
It's been a few days now and the temperature is stable, I'm very grateful to the Natrad team in Malaga. Job well done, thank you all.

Diagnostic given for air conditioner on our vehicle. $130 charges for no more than 15 minutes spent on inspection. No explanation given to us other than advise we need a new compressor. We were offered the opportunity to replace with a new one provided by them at between $4000 and $5000

We sought a second opinion and seems the compressor is fine but the O rings throughout need replacing. Natrad Malaga when asked, 'could it be seals', responded with, we don't work on second hand parts, only new.

I found my experience with them was one of unhelpfulness, and money grubbing.

The owner/manager will likely respond to this as I lost my wick with him over the charge they made so when reading both my review and his response, there is hostility on both sides of the argument but the facts remain as stated. $130 for 15 minutes work and an incorrect diagnosis. Natrad as a franchise outfit - you need to be more selective in whom you let represent you.

Update: the bus air conditioning was checked by another company, where a full pressure test was done: findings - no leak in system, compressor was in excellent condition based on output readings. There was an issue of course, as air conditioning not working, hence our seeking a diagnosis. The problem, a wire had loosened and fallen away from the compressor. A simple fix.
Remember, Natrad Malaga had attested the compressor was stuffed and wanted to charge us thousands for a new one. Buyer Beware.

These guys do honest no bs work and I can highly recommend them as they fixed my faulty A/C in a few hours where the dealer quoted 4x as much and needed parts brought in from overseas! You rock guys! Carlos

Absolutely beautiful job.
Went in for some custom air con lines.
They got straight onto it (unlike so many other workshops that will book in a job and start at their own leisure), took just under a day.
Stoked with the quality of the work.
Air con compressor regassing price could be a lil more competitive.but over all i got what i paid for- quality.

I can't rate the team at Natrad Malaga highly enough!
My Isuzu D-Max had been remapped to output 177hp and 587Nm at the rear wheel and was overheating whist towing our caravan up long gradual inclines. After replacing the radiator and thermostat, followed by cleaning the intake manifold and doing everything I could to overcome the issue, it still kept happening.
Mick at Natrad suggested flushing the cooling system and replacing the coolant with Adrad Organic. What a difference! The motor still got hot, but cooled down very quickly after, which meant that a series of hills didn't become an issue. I have also had the van wheel alignment fixed and have added a wind deflector to the D-Max. These things, combined with the Adrad Organic mean that a trip up north is no longer a drama.
Not only are the guys at Natrad Malaga very knowledgeable, they are also passionate about getting the best out of the vehicles they work on.

I contacted the Natrad Malaga team with a concern over the radiator from my Truimph motorcycle believing it to have a crack or leak from the bottom hose area.
Not sure whether this was something they could tackle, but my call first was " sure bring it down, we can take a look and access from there ".
Not only did the Natrad Malaga team check, pressure test and do some small dent repair, but the bill was NIL!
Thanks so much to the Natrad Malaga team, i now have the confidence to run my bike in August all the way to Adelaide and back.
This kind of customer service is very rare and i will definitely have more work for them in the future:)

I dropped my car there at 8.30am.and explained what was wrong. I got a call at 2pm telling me the exact same thing that i told them and that they didnt have time to fix it. Top work lads.and just to show there brilliance my key was marked Ford Commodore lol

5 star service and quality of work for sure. Employees of Natrad Malaga were more than welcoming and went above and beyond to help me out and fix my car to 5 star quality. They were happy to show me and explain the process and parts that needed replacing. And price was very fair in comparison to other places.

One of the worse customer experiences iv had. The owner was so rude, has no idea about customer service or just doesn't even seem to care at all while being very disrespectful in the process. Tarnishing the Natrad name completely with how he acted. Would never recommend. And to your reply- definitely the right workshop! I know who I called…the owner never even asked for my name so how would you know?

Good mob, slight miss understanding but fixed immediately. Needed a radiator for my wife's Subaru. Friendly and helpful receptionist and staff.
Would definitely go back should I ever have a need to.
