I came to Deb just over a year ago, feeling tremendously unwell with no doctor being able to tell me what was wrong and dismissing me with diagnosis like chronic fatigue saying I would just have to ‘live with it’. Knowing myself and the intensity of my debilitating health I knew something more sinister was going on, I just needed somebody to listen. I thankfully came into debs office and after only one appointment she immediately knew what I was suffering. She understood my pain and could sympathise with me, knowing very well how brutal my condition was. After a year I never thought I would say this but I can wake up in the morning and feel like a ‘normal person’ again. Someone who can get out of the house, see their friends and enjoy life again… I can’t thank Deb and the team and Nat Med enough, for their continuing service and support to reach full health again. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I loved the fact I could get my medical testing and my naturopathic care in one place and it was affordable because I saw a graduate who was operating under supervision which is a great way to do it if you are on a budget like me. One of the best naturopaths in Perth I’d say.

Having been a customer of NatMed Clinic for some time now, my family and I have had nothing but positive experiences. All staff are professional, friendly and welcoming.

Nothing is too much trouble. Phone consults, face to face consults always to your needs. I was in the middle of brain radiation treatment and they accommodated a time when I would feel ok- no issue.
Email updates and texts. The admin staff are outstanding, Demi is fantastic.
In one week I’ve had a fully comprehensive consult with special testing equipment only they offer, full nutrition plan, nurse practioner input. Referrals to specialists in the brain field and so much more.so prompt.
But the main reason I am so happy that I found Natmed is that they make you feel like they are fighting my battle with me to do everything they can to make me healthy and well.

I have been to a lot of natural health clinics over the years and NatMed has got to be the best I have ever been to. The range of tests they have access to has been incredibly helpful to get to a root cause. The staff has been incredibly helpful for me as I have come from out of town, going above and beyond. The clinicians are second to none. I have always had in depth explanations, enthusiasm when I needed it and a plan that has come from a great knowledge and experience base.
Would highly recommend to anyone, especially those with any stuck health issues that they can’t seem to get past!

Swapping from my GP to my naturopath Jacky was the best thing I have ever done. From the moment I stepped in the Natmed Clinic, there was relief and I knew I was finally going to get the help I needed. I am always made fully aware of everything going on in my body and what changes I need to make in order to feel my best. Jacky always explains why I might need to take a supplement not just gives it to me. I did not like the service offered by this place, they made me talk and go through my issues after already doing so on a "free" phone consult and very lengthy online survey and then gave me no solutions except for trying to get me to buy some herbal supplements. A waste of my time and money.

A friend recommended Edward to me after I was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Getting in touch with Edward helped save my life. He implemented a protocol that protected my body through the standard treatment and maximized it's effect and then helped me develop the knowledge and confidence to take control of my own health.
