Nationwide Towing & Transport

If I could I would give this zero stars. Everyone who reads this review please never consider this company. They have extremely disgusting behaviour especially from their workers. Their workers have scammed a care worker helping out the elderly and threatened me to pay an almost $400 fine to receive my car back. They claimed they were from city of Borondoora and had the authority to tow my car. Even though I was distressed and in tears they STILL threatened to take my car to the impound or pay on the spot knowing my car is a necessity for my job. My car was not even hooked onto their truck yet and made reasons as to why my car needed to be taken. They are a bunch of liars and scammers displaying disgusting and horrific behaviour towards people. Please never book with this company for any services and look into something else. I cannot begin to explain how disgusting and dirty this company is to do that to specialised care workers that are trying to help the elderly with disabilities.

I got my car stuck in a very soft sandy area when parking for work I called rac and they said they couldn’t help as car was too far away from solid paving so they called nationwide towing on my behalf. The guy was so helpful and unstuck my car in moments with no cost. Great guy great service

This company is pathetic they said it would take 3 hours to come and tow my car but they actually took 5 hours and I feel this is very unprofessional because if you are going to tell customers about when their car is going to get towed please be honest with them and stop lying and making the busy excuse because if others people feel the same way I do then fix the process and don't be so deceiving to be honest if I could give zero stars I would because this company is the worse seriously change your way of doing business if you can't handle the workload

I needed two tows. One to extract from a car park and then wait for another flat bed to tow to RAC holding yard as out of hours and Nearly 5 hours of waiting! The next day organised for them to tow to the dealership, got text saying being picked up in approx 10 minutes, only to discover 5 hours later they still had not picked up. Being Friday, Leaving me now without a car until next week when potentially it could have been repaired today at the Hyundai dealership.

Big shout out to Charlie for coming to my rescue today. Breaking down today was super stressful, but RAC roadside helped sort things in no time and Nationwide were fantastic in getting someone out to me straight away. Charlie was fast and efficient in getting me out of a tight spot. Cheers heaps

Attempted to Extort Me.

Have RAC roadside assist and get 20km free towing in metro Perth. RAC organised a 16km tow from Subiaco to my mechanic in Myaree. Tow truck sent out had Nationwide towing branding on it.

Nationwide Towing called me an hour later and demanded an excess payment for a distance travelled well in excess of 20km saying if I didn't pay they would not unload the vehicle and store the vehicle in an overnight facility with hundreds of dollars worth of charges levied daily. I told them I wouldn't pay as the distance was clearly way below 20kms. They eventually unloaded the vehicle but you could tell they were regularly trying to extort people.

I have given this feedback to everyone I know as well as RAC and would urge people to avoid.

Nationwide assisted me as an RAC callout, their customer service team was fantastic, and the driver was professional, friendly and efficient. I received excellent service at a time when I know they were extremely busy.

We broke down yesterday afternoon.and the RAC sent out one of your tow trucks. Avery friendly, polite young lady driver, she was so nice.very efficient.a 5 star excellent service. Thank you very kindly.

Such poor service. Cant believe the RAC are tied up with these characters.
Their dont give attitude will impact the RAC in the long term.
Waiting for over 5 hours and then not turning up.
And suggesting I leave my keys under the vehicle and just leave it.
Not convinced this problem with them is able to be corrected.

I was very impressed with RAC services yesterday. I just waited 26-30 minutes for tow truck to come. Gentleman Ahmed, was very helpful, fast and friendly. Job was done in high professional way. I am very thankful to him!

Took a while to get the job done other than that I would give them 5 stars. The office staff are nice and helpful, truck drivers are professional and friendly. A little bit of miscommunication led to the job taking longer than expected but office and driver were very apologetic and good about it.

Thank you so much to "Lucky" who promptly came to our aid in West Leederville today.a very couteous and well mannered young man who dealt with our car problem very promptly and efficiently. Highly recommended!

No respect at all, my husband went there to be trained and after the second day they couldnt be bothered, its no wonder they have bad reviews

Three and a half hour wait.
Two phone calls i had to make to them on the first and second hours, as i was told one hour wait at first, then same again on second call.they finally called me 2 and a half hours after the job was issued to let me know they were 35 minutes away. An hour later the tow truck finally turned up.

Absolute stellar job from Nationwide Towing today. Driver Amber saved the day atrending to us on the Mitchell Freeway. Highly recommend

$88 charge because my vehicle was 500mm longer than it should be. What difference that makes i dont know. It isnt like they required a larger truck to tow me home.

Had me waiting literally hours for a tow. The woman on the phone lied about how long it would take. They left my vehicle with window down in bad weather in their yard, even though it was solely taken there to be undercover.
