Natchimuthoo Aru DR reviews
9Family doctor for nearly two decades but suddenly became incredibly rude and dismissive to my mother, completely unacceptable since a doctor should listen to his patients.due to his negligence and unfair dismissal, an issue has gone undiagnosed and worsened over time, leaving my mother in lots of pain.
Never ever try to go to this man If anyone planning to visit this man: This man just misdiagnosed my case which could be easily treatable if treated on time just because of his misdiagnosed I’m still suffering with pain and it’s hard to control even by medicines due to late right diagnosis just because of this old man’s wrong diogonosis, just because of my known friend who recommended him I trusted him n visited him which was almost 40minutes drive from my place just to see him, and I’ve all the paper proof of my previous diagonosis with him n I’ve a current diagonosis paper as well Definitely gonna look into the matter with the concern authorities
once I feel lilttle better!
The grey haired woman at the front desk absoutely unfriendly just within a few secs of interaction. This is my first time in Perth and had no idea what is the GP visit culture here is like - call for booking beforehand. When I walked in and asked if its possible to book today, she sighed loudly and gave an unpleasant look.
Leonard Surgery's Dr. Aru has been our family doctor for over 6 years. We still pay him visits, even though we have moved out of Vic Park. Dr. Aru's diagnoses are always precise and lean towards avoiding unnecessary medications.
DR Aru is very experienced and kind Dr, his diagnosis is spot on and accurate, his is diagnosis holistic and Morden based, where requires natural treatment he suggests that so he is always being protective from harsh medication me and many of friends and family drives more than 50 km to take his diagnosis because its worth it. Dr like him is big blessings to community.
Shame on this place and to the receptionist that looks so old as she should be retired, she didn't even listen properly what I needed and she started saying, I don't think the doctor will help you with that
I need something to help me sleeping and she probably must confuse me with some drugs addicted person as she show me a list where it was written kind if stuff like that, and even if I was a drugs user that's not the way to treat people.
One start for you is even too much but unfortunately I couldn't put 0 stars
SHAME ON YOU MAN AND YOUR PLACE THAT LOOKS OLD AND STICKY!
I have been a patient for over 17 years and very impressed by the professionalism of the staff and Dr Natchimuthoo. Very thorough indeed.
Doctor Aru has been my, my wife's and many of our friends Doctor of choice for many years.
He is everthing a family Doctor should be. He is clear in explaining his diagnosis and prognosis plus he has the ability to do this in multiple languages, Bahasa Melayu included. This is fantastic for my Indonesian wife. He is very well supported by Mrs. Natchmuthoo and her team in the administration and reception areas.
I highly recommend this Leonard Street Medical Practice.
The doctor is not a very good listener and considers whatever we say about our problems as "rubbish. " He is short tempered and does not like to listen much about our problems. I believe a doctor listens to his patients more about what they feel and remove all misconceptions in a positive way, rather than scolding them. I am sorry but as a patient, I should have liberty to say what I feel about my condition and ask questions, even though how stupid it may sound for a doctor.
