Just had the most random makeup service, booked for a simplified eyes- started applying the eyeshadow but the artist didn’t apply any sort of primer? After she applied mascara I asked her to apply liner (i did ask at the start but she didn’t hear me I guess). She then said all done after the liner and mascara. I was thinking she didn’t even offer lashes? What is going on and when she was waiting for the lashes to dry I had to ask for the wings (which I didn’t even really ask for…) to be fixed as there were not matching and I think she said she forgotten to do that? Also her coworker had to prompt her (?) that products were redeemable with the service when I already was at the counter ready to leave and pay, was just so random…The service was just a bit subpar for what ur paying (75$ + products), please feedback to makeup artist.

Darshanaa is amazing at her job. Very knowledgeable and super friendly. She helped me shade match and gave me advice on how to apply make up. Highly recommend this place and their products!

As a makeup novice - I decided to have a makeup lesson. Charlotte was the makeup artist and she was fantastic and lovely to spend the time with. She was really easy to learn from and I really liked the look so I bought the product.
She dealt well with managing me and the shoppers who came in at the same time - must be hard to do but she dealt with it all with a smile! Would recommend without hesitation

You’ll never have a bad experience in the hands of these girls. Experts in what they do, amazing makeup, as well as incredible customer service!

Had a great experience. Bianca was amazing! She really did a good job with the makeup and spent time to understand what I wanted. Would recommend her to anyone.

I booked a make up session for 1pm Saturday and when I arrived for my appointment, I was told it can't be done as they had a staff member call in sick. I questioned why no one called me in the morning when they found out, so I could find make alternative arrangements, but they were rude and didn't seem to care. Luckily I was able to get another appointment at the David Jones Napoleon counter after a half an hour wait. The girls there felt so bad by what had happened, that they gave me a free make up voucher and said I could use it any day with no restrictions. Upon trying to book another appointment on a Saturday with Napoleon, I was told I can't use a free voucher on Saturday! I don't know why they give out free vouchers if you can't use them - terrible service and I will never go back!

Needed to purchase a few items for presents. The customer service itself was quite rushed and they didn't seem to want to spend much time with me. There were two sales persons on at the time and I was the only customer so it wasn't like they were busy at that time. Felt like they thought I was a time waster when I did end up spending close to $200 here. I also thought that I would receive a gift with purchase that I was emailed about a week before. When I made my purchase I was told they had run out already. They didn't tell me about this until I had paid and asked. They still had a sign about a gift with purchase up. I could have purchased everything online and received a gift with purchase but the sales assistant did not tell me this. I emailed customer service to let them know my disappointment with the service. One person emailed me back saying they had run out within 24 hours of having the gwps in store. Another sales rep called me to say they looked into my purchase and I had bought it all the day before the gwp was in stores. So who do I believe? And if it was going to be in store why not tell me to come back for one a day after my big purchase or to just come the next day? Felt very ripped off and the customer service was probably one of the worst I've had in awhile. Would shop elsewhere.
