Great venue for a long weekend getaway. Easy access by road and short track to camp dwellings.

The beds are broken, I have severely scratched my shin, I am not able to walk very well. There is pot holes every where towards the river, making it a sketchy walk there.
The tracks around the jungle are not cleared so you get lost easily. No gas supplied for a night here we had a cold shower and it was nothing but pathetic. Toilets did not flush meaning there was dumps floating and stinking out the place. This was all seen at the timbarra shack thing. Also a bit expensive. Kangroos came into the kitchen because of poorly made doors with bad locks and stolen our food making us hungry which caused us to be aggressive.

There was no hot water and gas was not supplied, beds were broken and not ready for use, the walls had not been clean as there were marsh mellows rubbed all over a wall.

Nice camping spot if you are organising a large group camp. Every time I have camped here, I have always been greeted by friendly native animals.

Fully recommend Nanga Bush Camp, it's such a beautiful Venue.

Working as Wedding Stylists, we loved working with Wendy and Derek, we found them very professional and easy to work with and would recommend Nanga Bush Camp, if you are looking for a really rustic Wedding.

Thank you

There are no drop toilets. That person is wrong. I've hired it many times with our large groups. Nanga Bush Camp has NEVER failed us once. We love the place!)

Nice bush caravan park in the forest with plenty of tracks around. Toilets are clean but kitchen needs improvements. There are kind street lights on the whole night.

My son returned home today telling me all about his adventures and from the sounds the whole experience was fantastic. He mentioned the instructors were great and after some of Mums cooking, a shower and a snooze, I think he would have quite happily gone down for another 3 days. Thanks for your hospitality

Been going here since I was but a wee lad, for good reason! Absolutely gorgeous geography top to bottom, great facilities. The perfect bush glamping experience. Minutes away from the cutest town in one of the most beautiful corners of Australia. Very friendly, if not a little cheeky, animals all around. Could not recommend more!

It's awsome. Love this place, been several times and always seem to have an advanced booking in place.

I went here for a school camp. The activities were really fun, and the lakes are actually really fresh and nice and clean. Though there was marchflies. We stayed in the woodshed. The woodshed might be good for school camps, but if you want to sleep somewhere less tough, i dont recommend the woodshed. The woodshed is the only dorm with lots of rats and redback spiders, it was humid, the bunks felt unstable, and there were some spots between the wood walls where the air would blow in my face. The mattress also looks visibly dirty. And the rooms were small and cramped. Couldnt sleep, becme cold, then hot, then cold and stayed up for 5 hours downstairs, and so i slept on a chair

Absolutely beautiful bush camp suitable for school camps, weddings, and other events that require accommodating lots of people.

Went here for a wedding, and was very impressed by the details and facilities available somewhere so far out. Little things such as the grapevines over the back decking are an example of such.

Bedding available for around 100 people, industrial kitchen, and a large hall suitable for a range of events.

There's no aircon, which really bites hard in the summer, doors can be open for surprisingly good ventilation.

But yeah, absolutely amazing place. Everybody loved being there.

Really nicely kept place with friendly staff and a wonderful experience, amenities and comfortable but still close enough to bush to feel part of it.

This is a bush camp that is typically used by large groups such as school camps. We have stayed in the Woodshed. This is an old timber shed that can sleep up to 100 people in bunk bed style cubicles. Be warned. This is a very old timber shed that I would guess is at least 40 years old. Everything here is old. Perhaps it’s like this to make it feel like a bush setting? There are also very few power point a in this shed. So pack your battery packs to change your devices. Be warned though, there is no mobile phone reception in this area (except for Telstra). Perhaps they should modernise this place slightly (such as refurbishing the toilets). The cleanliness could also be improved. Again, perhaps it’s all like this to give guests a bush feel. There are various activities that can be organised such as river rafting, flying fox, rock wall climbing, laser tag, bush walks etc.

Beautiful setting. The firewood provided was wet and rubbish mill off cuts. You have to work on the inside fires all day to keep family and friends warm. This mattress protectors were dirty and stained. Bellview chalet was presented musty and stale inside besides being freezing cold. For the price of these cabins it was disappointing that you had to work consistantly keeping the fires going due to the absolute rubbish of timber provided.
