It was awful they can’t cut chicken took 45 mins so was late to my movie took way too long and they didn’t know what they were doing L

Honestly worth going to the Mount Lawley nandos for a decent meal. We’ve had cold chicken and incorrect orders on many occasions but tonight takes the cake with messing up a salad order. If you can’t make a salad there are issues, half the ingredients missing and the chicken was cold, standard for this store. Called customer care, no answer.
Customer service in store is rubbish, customer service via phone rubbish and the food is rubbish. Save yourself the disappointment and eat elsewhere.

Whatever you do, find another store, 1 that at least takes cash or even advertise that they dont want your stinkin money. Oh and PS Muchachoes is across the street and will take your cash and it's a better product.

Walked in to order lunch with my partner, walked up the counter where we were refused to order and told to to use the QR code to order at the tables. We asked if we could just order at the counter she said no. So we asked again, still no. So we asked why we couldnt and the lady was very rude and said "thats only for old people".
Reluctantly, We sat down to order theough the QR and decided against it due to the rudeness of the staff.
When we stood up and left there was a young couple like ourselves with a child ordering at the counter? !
We decided to go to a different store instead and walked up the counter and ordered with no issues
Can confidently this place has gone downhill in the last 12 months.
We will not be back.

They never have a chicken in stock if you’ll go after 7 PM. Like what are you doing there then. Nandos is all about chicken… ‍️ This Nando’s have noo chicken just rude staff.

Very very unhappy
As you can see in photos, I ordered peri peri chips but received plain, moreover the burgers bun was not fresh, and dry burger with rotten Lettuce? , I had been try to call the store & left voicemail but no response.

Ordered a paella, the vegetables were raw. Got lemon and herb tenders, they ended up being spicy tenders, staff has a really bad attitude. Ordered peri peri chip, they came with none of the salt, everything was cold and soggy. Worst nandos in perth, sad that I can't give 0 stars.

My daughter ordered a wrap on the counter while I was waiting in my car they took 40 minutes to make that, can you believe!

The worst service. The staff today 21 November 5pm was too rude with my friends and us. We won't come again. We also received a salad with hair and burnt sweet chips

I can give less than one star if i could.really bad service. I have ordered peri peri chicken by app, and after half n hour, and i got thisss, burnt chicken. Really guys?

I ordered a salad and asked for no salad dressing, they advised that they don’t put it on the salad they put it in a tub on the side. Which it was. So why did they said they while salad in oil. It was inedible. Literally dripping in oil. It happy at all

Tables were dirty, no serviettes, goomy cold air conditioning the food was good but the place not lean. Service was okay but not spot on

Order took 1hour and 15m to arrive, although we only live 15m away. And the chips were soggy and cold which is the most disappointing thing. They used to be much better

Nando's Morley is as always fantastic my only concern on this particular visit was the guy behind the counter refused to sell me a Corona because it was before 12 midday claiming it was the law. 5 minutes later the guy approached me telling me it was his mistake this law was for Public holidays, so I enjoyed a beer with my hot chicken.

Very dissapointed, annoyed and hungry.
We placed a take away order for 4 people, paid and waited. Got our food and went home. Once home realised my chicken pita missing. Rang the only number provided and got put thru to the Morley store. It went straight to message bank. (NO ANSWER!). I left a detailed message and my number. No call back. No food for me.
I paid for food I never received and live to far to go back. Terrible service and no way to get it touch with the store. Very upset and will never go back there again.

Went there a while ago if u don't have credit card no service only credit card no cash. Not smart so never eat there again redrooster or Coles.

I’m giving 3 stars here because the customer service is fantastic and everyone here is super lovely. Sadly, the food here is consistently bad and more often than not, our order has been messed up. We not go out of our way to drive the extra distance to other stores that are further away even though this is so close to us because we have them so many chances and they just kept delivering poor quality food.

Food and service was good but they had the aircon on so cold it was actually warmer outside in the evening winter rain.

If there no star I will be more happy to give. Went there every time thinking this is the last time because live near by and never had a good experience.

No hand wash, cutlery cheap and dirty, rude staff, floor filthy, table dirty, no hygiene, cold chicken given twice back but same result. No apology

No matter what you order, you will be wasting your money. If last nando’s on earth still won’t go there.

If you want to hate nando’s for rest of your life. Visit once and won’t be disappointed.
