Nando's Innaloo

1. Filthy Table with dried food had to clean myself!
2. Salads were hot and wilted due I guess to being kept warm with the rest of the food.
3. Large salads are small by any measure and the bowls are not filled like the photos, we complained yes they said these salads are large, I asked them would they be happy to pay their price for what they served? The look said it all he didn’t need to answer.
The seriously large fries is seriously small, the large chips at red rooster is far better value and the quantity is better (YES SAD BUT TRUE)
4. The chicken was cooked well but far too much salt.
5. The seasoning was terrific.
6. Will I be Back?

They remade my order and even gave me a free drink. Made my day. The freaking hot chicken is amazing, you need that coleslaw to cool your mouth, perfect combo

Just had lunch at nandos innaloo and I can say it was a great experience food was lovely service from all employees where amazing really do recommend to everyone.

Honestly the worse experience ever, get your tables cleaned. Instead you the manager talking and laughing with your employees get someone to make room for people to come and sit in a clean atmosphere. No table was spot clean all of them had leftover food from hours.they were not even busy. Disgusting never coming again

Totally disorganized.waited more than 30 minutes to collect food AFTER their estimated pickup time.freezing cold inside also.food was good but would avoid the hassle next time.

Too slow, waited for over an hour to get our food. Chips and chicken are very salty. Asked for tap water but they said the tap is not working. Very disappointed.

Ordered on the app, I specifically asked for BBQ & hot basting mix - was only given hot. This has happened numerous times when ordering on the app. There’s a section dedicated to order notes. Not in my case, but it should be looked at considering it says ‘allergies etc’…

Absolute disaster, food took 25mins to come to table after sitting in the warmer. There was basically no one here when we ordered. Never coming again. Everyone go to Tuart Hill so much better.

Pretty good service most days but I can't help but to feel uncomfortable with some of the other customers. That being said, the food can definitely be improved on. For a wrap called avo goodness, you guys could at least add a decent amount of avo? ! One piece in half of the wrap? C'mon.

Their speed of delivery and great food made just the way mama nandos used to make. The quality of the food more than make up for poor staffs attitudes and rudeness.

Almost half the order missing from the bag when collected, including my young daughter's entire meal, which unfortunately I didn't detect until opening up the 8 different boxes in the bag once home. Tried ringing the store but nobody answers, despite there being zero customers in the store 15 minutes prior. Left a message. Didnt particularly feel like driving all the way back to the store just to speak to someone (and miss eating what is a rare takeaway treat with the family). So we had to ration and share what was actually in the bag. Tried calling again an hour later, same, no answer. This time I pressed the button for nandos customer service, told the wait time is 2 minutes. Ten minutes later, again told the wait time is 2 minutes. Another five minutes, told no customer service staff are available so please leave a message. Left another message. Hours later, still no callback from either the store or the customer service line.

Worst service ever by any fastfood restaurant. Order was delayed for more than 1 hour. No respectful service even. Never ever visit there again. Cheap service.

Awful shame that this restaurant doesn’t have the amount of staff it needs to function properly. Order online and have to wait anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour for your food. Last time I was in there was only one cook that was getting slammed - poor kid. They had stopped taking orders as it was over an hour wait for food.

The app doesn’t function as it should and doesn’t even tell you that it will take an hour to get your food until you have paid. Absolutely loved Nando’s, but will be abandoning the brand for the foreseeable future. Hopefully just teething problems - although the app has been around for a year and the innaloo store has been there for eons! Unfortunately always a regrettable experience ordering from them!

Waited 40 minutes for food to arrive. Not the end of the world, but unfortunately the customer service is nonexistent. Lots of ppl waiting around in store not releasing you have to order online

Visited this Nandos for the first time when I came to WA. Very similar to the ones in the U. K, however the quality of chicken was slightly tougher. Nevertheless the food was on point. Will definitely be back some day. Thanks

This is the worst Nandos I have ever had any kind of buying experience with. On multiple occasions they have forgotten or missed parts of the order and have never gotten back to us with any kind of compensation or apology when complaint has been raised. Shameful.
Go somewhere, anywhere else if you can.

Untidy restaurant. Dirty tables. No pride taken at all in the restaurant. Very disappointing experience.

Have large pitas on the menu and then dont sell them what a joke. Plus wont compromise when asking for small pitas

Terrible on Uber eats. Had order cancelled 3 times. And the selection is totally different from other branches
