Filthy restaurant service is a disaster, franchise owner need to train staff.
Had to ask two times to clear the table. No tissues on the table no sauce. Restaurant was empty on Sunday night.

A friend from SOR had raved about their new salad bowls but when mine arrived, it was literally swimming in oil, no exaggeration.the broccolinis were burnt, not just charred but burnt to a crisp.it takes a special person to burn food to a crisp, then put it in a bag and let someone pay for it.i get a strong sense that they know you cant complain if they deliver, dr.will not order again.two stars as burger and chips were ok, but the new menu is a no

Food here was delicious just like any other Nandos. Service took a while but they were busy so it’s understandable, was definitely worth the wait. Love me some of the seasoned chips and a bit of extra hot sauce on the side! Chicken was well cooked with a good amount of marinade.

We've been here a few times now - for the love of Nandos but the wait time is looonnng and it’s always FREEZING in the sit down. Think you’ve lost us.we did try

Customer service was good but they made a right mess of the order.
We ordered two different salads but they juggled the ingredients between the two and left off the dressings.
Was okay, but not what we were expecting.
More care needed!

I ordered on the Nando’s app for delivery as I have a sprained ankle and can’t drive. The delivery driver brought the wrong order and I couldn’t get in touch with the store to rectify this. I spent $35 on a family meal and have no way to get it. Very upset. I like the food but this store has let me down time and time again with cold food and putting my order in the warming box while I’m standing there waiting. Very badly run! Very upset. No more Nando’s for me!

Great friendly service and quality meals, I usually go for a half chicken meal after the working week and its always been a treat that's never let me down, great work guys keep it up.

The young girl who served us was fantastic, the manager on the other hand.far less than that. Food was below nandos standard but still edible

Only giving it a 5 star so it will be seen. Never will I dine here again for one these no chicken and secondly when the chips and ribs finally come out they were cold. Send them back to the kitchen and chicken was cold.

Regular customer at this store, PLEASE NOTE that you need to check your pick up order before leaving as it can be a lucky dip at the best of times, The moment you don't check your order before leaving the store you will find out when you get home that your missing your chips or the corn or the coleslaw etc. Happens way to often at this store to be anything other then order fulfillment incompetence.

This Nandos has improved in most ways. The service and food are both good.
The store is a little dated and the tables could be a bit cleaner.but the food is good.

Would not Recommend.

If you like Stale Bread, Cold Food, Long wait times and Incorrect Items then look no further than Nandos Midland. They Even have Rude and Arrogant staff at no extra cost to you.

Regrettably I didn't check the reviews beforehand. Bummer

They served us with Perfectly well burnt whole chicken take away, spoiled our dinner.

Not going back to this store and will not ever trust there take always.

Food quality wasn’t good compared with other restaurants. There was no sauce on the chicken.i ordered hot base but it was almost planish with tiny sauce on top which doesn’t taste like hot?

Can't give any star for this, completely burnt my chicken so so mad and the fact that you guys were 10 minutes to closing l couldn't come back. Very disappointed in all the years l have loved and been served at Nandos Midland.

Waited over an hour for an order that was cold when it arrived. Consistently bad experiences with this location. Save your money and time and go elsewhere

Absolutely useless. Can never get through on the phone. They force you to wait over 30mins in the store or use Uber Eats. Downloaded Uber Eats and after waiting an hour says the meal is cancelled! If you want Nandos you're better off ordering one outside of Midland. Management must be terrible.

Worst nandos I've been to. Small, kitchen looks a bit sketty, staff aren't very enthusiastic, toilets are tiny and don't even have mirrors. Weird vibe. Chicken was alright though.

If you wish to waste the next hour of your life I can highly recommend ordering food here! Placed a simple order of chips and pita after work and it’s now been 50 minutes and I am still food less. WHAT A JOKE!
