36Chips were cold. Some were even frozen! No cutlery or napkins I suppose that's extra!
Food was awful.
Also, they don't accept cash which is annoying so be prepared for that.
I love Nandos. Been coming here since I came to Australia 5 years ago! My first Nandos chicken was here, my first bite and it always had the same taste every time, sooo good.
A number of items like the ribs on the menu was not available. The chicken I ordered was very good
The best food and customer service I’ve ever had. I asked for extra peri salt and they PROVIDED… (didn’t realise you could buy salt separately) love u guys x
I travel out of my way to go to this store even though not my closest Nandos. Friendly pleasant staff. Relaxed atmosphere Generous portions. Fast service. ALWAYS yummy!
Lovely friendly and timely service, generous serving of good chips- the kids were very happy and very full.
Our local Nando's takes forever and the serving is half the size. It is always a nice change to go to Duncraig
Absolutely disgusted. My power bowl with chicken was all lettuce, no avocado, three tiny lukewarm chicken tenders and stone cold sweet potato fries. Tried calling three times and no-one answered. They certainly weren’t that busy when we were in the store ordering.

AmaZing service today. Had a new staff member learning on the till - the lady training him was very patient and supportive which was good to see and I was happy to wait while he took the order. The lady that bought the food out was very friendly and nice. Food was delicious, great hospitality. Keep it up guys
I'm a local and order takeaway from here often.
If you're taking away, check your order before you walk out the door. These guys have an almost 100% success rate at missing something or just messing up the order.
Food has been good though, but often a little too much charcoal on the chicken skin.
I have ordered for pickup 4 dishes and they messed up all of them. The costumer service was very disappointing and the food was nothing like I expected. Shame cause I live near by and that is no longer an option for myself and my family!

Can't even call the store to ask if they are BYO? Pretty sad. At least have a contact number not some generic Nando's voicemail that doesn't answer what you need.
Worst nandos i have ever had, barely anyone in there but food took a long time, haloumi cheese came out cold, looked like it was grilled a while ago, chicken tenders were so dry they were hard to eat, cutlery was dirty, plates were dirty, would avoid at all costs!
