72Such a bad service the guy on the counter was such rude and really don't know how to treat customers got spoiled my whole lunch
Went in for a bottle of water (20/12/24,15.30ish) was seen by staff but no one came to serve us. After 10 mins, finally got served, the boy was tall who thought he was fantastic. He came to the counter and just looked at me, I asked for the water, he slammed it on the counter, I paid and turned around and started walking away when I heard him make a comment to another staff member (solid girl with dark hair) about my weight and both laughing as loud as they possibly could, I flipped them the bird. I also had my young child with me, asking me why were they so rude to me. Disgusting and pretty poor behaviour.
Ever time I order here I don’t get what I paid for. Ordered a whole chicken and large chips to share and only maybe 1/4 of a bag of chips arrived, called up to speak to someone and was placed on hold for 10 mins. Pathetic
Being a lover of Nandos I was shocked to receive cold chips, bland tasting chicken with very little basting, but most of all, the chicken pieces were barely cooked through. Avoid at all cost!
Really great food. Could not wait to taste the spicy chicken and rice again. You did not disappoint me. 100% with taste and expectations. Very well priced. I will be back again and again
Over 1hr wait. No communication and blatant ignoring of customers and their concerns. Witnessed 4+ customers ask for refunds. Prepared food sat on counters going cold.
I honestly try to give this place a chance but every time we go to dine in, the service is EXTREMELY slow and the food comes out cold. The restaurant isn’t even busy and they can’t manage to bring out food before 30-45 minutes.
I got out really full and just realised that I did not save my bank card, so the payment was deducted from my redeem for $90 dollars and the staff always assisted me with online orders it's was great
The last few times l've visited other branches of Nandos I've been pretty disappointed and felt like the quality has been dropping, but lm my first visit to Nandos Baldivis I had a great experience. The chicken was perfectly cooked, the chips were fresh and crispy and the broccolini perfectly charred. Staff were very helpful too with my first time using their QR code ordering system, and were more than happy to accomodate my special requests. 5 stars!
Made my order wrong for pick up.called store 10 times no answer.customer service longggg wait.decided to go to the store for replacement. Pari the girl work there was superrrr rude & giving excuse that store was very busy.though store was not busy at all.therefore i decided to get refund as she was rude. Emailed customer service.requested them 4 a call back but never get one. Baldivis store staff - should replace staff.
Mrs and i spent $58 to sit and wait to watch our food be made and left to cool down almost completely, before the last item was made. So we left with cold everything.
Seriously lacking and it wasn't even that busy, also how does a chicken joint run out of chicken? As we were leaving we over heard a staff member say as such.
Chips were cold hospitality wasn't the best had it once definitely won't have it again
We waited almost 50 mins for our food. Other tables came late got there food first! We end up refunding and leave the place! It’s really bad and disappointing experience!
Waited almost over half an hour for food, watched it sit on the counter for between 5 - 10 minutes, when it finally arrived at the table the food was luke warm as best so had to take it back, when it came back the middle was hot but outside was still cold. Not even so much as an acknowledgement or apology when the food was brought back either.
$13 for a roll, lettuce, and tomato, with something that resembles a chicken nugget.then burn the garlic flat bread. Pick up your game, this is 9/10 your food is sub standard. Don't even know how you are still in business
Dec 2022 update - And wow! Hadn't ordered for months and thought, give em another try.omg completely wrong order. Chicken instead of pretender.no avocado when was ordered.you lot are beyond a joke! What an absolutely pitifull excuse f9r a business!

Lazy service and food took too long as place was not busy you get better service at mcdonalds very poor for a restaurant
Shocking customer service, I wanted to buy 2 drinks before ordering food. Standing at the register waiting for somebody to take my order there was 2 female workers standing on the edge of the customer service area and the kitchen, very rudely I was told that I could order online. I replied by saying I just wanted to order some drinks, once again I was told to order online. Worker then rolled her eyes, let out a big sigh and made her way over to the checkout take my order. The store also doesn't accept cash, pathetic!
The place wasn't even busy, but they refuse to take our order at the counter, and their ordering app didn't even work, so how are you supposed to be served?
