This is the 3rd time.we have ordered meals and gotten home and the meals have been wrong. Paid for extras and the meals are missing things.got a chicken BLAT today with extra cheese. Only to find it had no avo and the cheese that was paid for wasn't added.over all getting over the poor food quality control.each of the last 3 meals has been missing parts of them. Shouldnt have to check your Meal.instore before driving home. And by time you call up and raise the question and little happens

Was good, burgers were bit cold, they were super busy with menu log and uber eats drivers hounding them to hurry up.

The second star was because the food was pretty good flavour. Tasty burgers although unwrapped my burger and it looked like it had been dropped on the floor, certainly not as big as they say they are either.
PROS: Tasty food
CONS: EXPENSIVE!
1. PRICE! Outrageous, if you are looking for a good meal for four, you better have over $100 or you will be going hungry.
2. Portion sizes for salad and chips are insulting - for that money there should be heaps of leftovers - leaves you feeling distinctly ripped off
They want restaurant prices for take away food.
3. Website did not work - could not place order so had to go to store, sit and wait to take it home

Happy we tried it once, but will never ever buy from there again.

Seriously overpriced for what you get, cannot believe they're still open for business. Note in the photo, the salad and rice are "Seriously large" for two people. Over $91 for this!
No coke either, that is to show how small the serves are.

Worst kind of attitude. Never eating from here again. Learn to give good service to the people of all backgrounds. Maybe that way, you’ll get respect back.

Didnt get the 2 x Thigh pieces that I ordered and wrote it in the Special Instructions box. Got 1/2 a Chicken with the breast Hubbies Chips were freezing. 2 of my Corn were luke warm and soggy.the other 2 corn were freezing cold. Had to nuke when I got home. Seems to be change of staff.and dont seem to get it right, Sorry. This is second time havent got what Ive ordered, and had to heat when got home. Really disappointed.

Delivery time kept changing so waited an extra 45mins to get the worst most expensive meal. Smallest chicken pieces in history, ribs missing, tenderloin burnt and half a bag of chips

Placed an Uber Eats order at 8: 45pm. Called me, said they didn't have time to cook it because they are closing and to call Uber Eats for a refund as they can't cancel it on their end. Spent the next 30 minutes on hold to Uber Eats. Will spend my money elsewhere. Why accept online orders prior to close that you cannot fulfil? Now I know why so many Nando's franchisees have problems and go out of business, good luck becoming one of those.

Great service from the young worker Lily, she reccommended a pita and it was yummo. Service was fast and efficient.
Clean store and comfortable on a hot day (great aircon).

Terrible service and rude staff. Messed up order multiple times has to keep going back to correct it. No apology from either staff member I dealt with. Ordered at 830 and wouldn't let us dine in. Kept saying they closed in 15 mins and then stammered around when I asked if they actually closed at 9.

Chicken was like biting into rubber, in my smashed avocado & feta pita & was half filled, sweet potato chips where so soft it was like they where roasted. Very disappointed it seems my order was rushed.

Ordered delivery today. Food was on time give take 5 mins. Classic pita combo, chicken was grey, cold, chips were cold stale, also ordered chicken bacon caesar salad, chicken was grey cold tasted not fresh. Do not recommend this location.

Went here today (21-11-2019) and the service was excellent. I got a burger witch was made very well and they gave me extra chips.

Quick service, good amount of order customisation if you want your meal really spicy! Staff are always very friendly.

The staff were a little bit disappointing as they got my order confused and left my wife without a meal after delivering mine to me. It wasn't until we asked about her meal they told us there was some confusion between them all. The food was great when it was finally delivered

Amazing place for a dinner or a quick meal to grab on the go, exelent customer service and mice cozy restaurant.

The product was good but it tool a while to get the order. I only ordered chips and a water. Then they left them on the counter for a bit before they decided to hand them to me. Bit disappointing.

Nandos warnbro was great! In fact the whole strip of restraunt outside is a great place for a feed, especially the Vietnamese food a few doors down from Nandos at Mama Saigon. I had a simple stir fry and rice which was absolutely delicious and the service was impeccably good at Mama's also. I highly recommend the spring rolls also. I recommend both restraunts highly. MAMA SAIGON!

The food was good. The store was really dirty food all over the floor. First time eating there. Customer service could of been better. No salt and pepper or napkins on the table.

Terrible service. Two weeks ago on a tuesday they actually had NO chicken and last night l waited half an hour and my chicken wasn't even on the grill. NEVER AGAIN! Staff are great. Management extremely poor.

Definitely lifted there game from 12 months ago friendly service and tasty food chickens need to be a bit bigger though
