Wow, if you come here you have to remember where the parking lot is, it's so big, there's also a lot of food, you just have to be selective for those who are Muslim because there's a lot of food that's not halal and it's tempting.

Grill chicken is juicy and flavorful. Love the hot sauce so much. Chips is ok but spicy rice is so nice!

I love the food here, but I can't recommend this place to anyone.

After making my order I was told that I could only pay with Card, not cash.

No signs anywhere to tell anyone this, not told prior to my order.

Handed the cash to the cashier, only to be told Card Only.

Poor customer service. Inefficient staff members. Did not let us dine in, we were there at 9 pm and the shop close at 10 pm.but the staff told us no dine in

Food had many mistakes, we had to take it back to the counter multiple times.the store was a mess and my friend and i ended up getting food poisoning from the food itself.i do not recommend eating here.

Very disappointed, placed order through app, we had to wait 20 minutes and the food was sitting there, no one was serving, had to tell them to serve, Food was cold, told the lady to replace the chips with fresh one, still she gave me cold one

Too long to serve food, Paela rice was terrible, no proper sauce on chicken and chips not fresh.

They are taking longer than usual nowadays, I have been there so many times and every time I have to wait for more than 30 minutes for my dine-in order.

Waited 15 minutes and paid $10 for 4 chicken tenders that were dry, half burnt, the size of my thumb and had to grab them myself off the bench it sat on for 10 minutes.
Chips and burger that were ordered at the same time weren't bought out until 15 minutes later. (30 minute wait total) This was at 10: 30 with only one customer infront of us for the day.

Food is not bad still there are better options.biggest disappointment is they stopped doing 8.pieces for whole chicken, it is hard for young kids to use cutlery on such big pieces. I requested at counter they point blank denied and said it is against the policy.seriously.

I personally love nandos and nandos carousel is near from my place but I had really bad experience twice when I visited there. Hard to find a clean table on top of that the staff member whom we asked to clean the table was really rude to us, as if we were there for free food. I can understand its a busy place but at least there should be good customer service. Hope they will have more and good attitude staff members and more cutlery and clean tables.

Oh my gosh, the peri peri brocilini is top noch, highly reccomend uf youre looking for a cheap snack! P.s. I reccomend eating the brocilini with their perinase

Really bad experience. The dine in finishes at 9: 30pm we are here at 9: 10pm and they are not allowing us for dine in. It’s really frustrating my kids are hungry and they can’t even allow us to sit there.

This restaurant really needs more staffs to clean tables and look after the cutlery section. Today, there is no clean tables, no cutleries available, the restaurant also looked filthy. On another note, the food is excellent and staffs are nice and friendly despite of being busy. The restaurant is very busy considering the location but i personally think the management should look at of allocating staffs to each task and adding staff would help improve customer satisfaction on this place.

I was not very impressed with my experience here. The place was absolutely filthy, it's a large store and I struggled to find a clean table to sit at. I counted at least 10 dirty tables and the floor was covered in napkins, food and spilled drink everywhere I looked. I try to be understanding of businesses because you never know when they're understaffed or some other issue out of their control, but I struggle to understand how it could have gotten that bad in a shopping centre restaurant at 7pm on a Sunday. Even the cutlery out of the self-service area was dirty.

To be fair, the food was served quickly and the best quality I've had from Nando's in a while, which bumped my review up a star, but I still wouldn't be in any rush to return.

Every time we get takeaway: large peri-peri chips have barely any powder (only tiny amount on top and NONE throughout), the pita burgers have sauce only at the very bottom leaving the entire chicken above completely dry and flavourless! I don't want to ask for a fix every time I order a meal, disappointing!

Literally the worst service they didn’t even clean the tables and gave the people next to us the wrong food several times

Rude customer service behind cashier. I ordered hot whole chicken but no hot sauce on the chicken and the inside of chicken was still raw and didn’t cook. Never ever back to this shop in Westfield Carousel.

The table is unstable and the customer service sucks. I’ve asked for tap water and they said they will deliver it on our table but till we finished eating nothing came.

Ordered takeaway, waited 20mins. Went to check, told not much longer. Waited more than half an hour, noticed people who came after us getting their food. Went to check, found our food just sitting there. Checked the food, it was cold. First ever negative review:/
