Burger was fresh but chips were like reheated in the microwave.

The food was quite good, & the servings were generous. I visited during peak hour given how busy they were & the staff seemed to handle it pretty well.

The food delicious and had basic GF options. The sweet potato chips are amazing! The desk service was straight forward but the restaurant was run down. The seating needed updating and in the middle of winter it was freezing to dine in. The heaters weren't effective.

The restaurant was freezing cold. Some heaters were in use but not all. Saw a few people move tables in the hopes of a warmer seat.
The food took so long to arrive I was starving by the time it finally arrived. I was with my aunt who ordered 1/4 chicken but received chicken strips instead. She was too hungry and it took so long just ate them. The toilet was not clean and no stall had toilet paper. Have never been so grateful for napkins in my bag.

Ordered at 6pm and received my order at 7: 40pm.chicken was sooo dry and chips where some how really old.

About 30 plus people waiting around (not including the people dining in).

Would not recommend to anyone.

Ordered takeaway by driving in as their app wouldn't work and they don't take phone orders. Food was great. I would suggest taking phone orders as technology has alot of failures.

The actual best Nandos I've ever been to. Excellent venue and the food always feel super fresh. It's a regular go to for me here in Kal.

Poor service. Why do we eat junky food? Because we are busy or don't have time to cook but when you have to wait for an hour how you will feel? When I spoke with a gentleman he said he said don't come to our restaurant then we won't be busy. YOU DON'T TAKE ORDERS IF DONE FOR THE DAY. Or u don't want to serve food.

Always a good feed, recently renovated, really like the newer booths and the heaters are great during the cooler weather

Worst Nando’s I’ve been to. Have given them multiple chances, but burgers etc are always made terribly. Not worth the price.

Burger and chips were not of the same standard as other outlets in Australia and miles off target when compared to the outlets in South Africa.
The chicken in the burger was minute which I found later when reaching my hotel room. Don't think I will be back in a hurry.

Have done pickups many times. Most of the time orders are ready by the time i arrived. Food is gooed except for the garden salad. I think some washing can do the trick. Found leaves that is gone bad many times unfortunately.

Love our Nando's here in Kalgoorlie, beautifully presented in historic Mount Lyell Hotel on Boulder road, Peter & his dedicated team serve up great food & service.always a treat to dine here ;)

Cold bacon and chicken one meal, Burger missing meat the other, Just an oh sorry when approached. Instead of a new burger being made, bun was reused and soggy, At least the peri peri sauce is good.

Had one of the best services I have had in a very long time. Thank you to the young lady who gave us a superb experience. Will remember to ask your name next time.

It's OK. Food is good but rest of the stuff is quite average. Took them 40mins to cook the food. No receipt given and no sauce or napkins. Seems like they get a lot of customers and employ young inexperienced staff, and that sort of let the whole experience down.
