Been there alot.
The important thing is that the staff needs to CHAT quietly and LESS, plus work on your stuff more
It is one of my favourite Nando's but have recently experienced that they run out of rice quite often (at least the last three times I went for dinner)
The service is getting real bad here. Most staff behaviour have been quite rude. Every time they run out of things. There was no sauce available today no broccoli
Don't bother going here, there are no staff to take your order. Putting up a poster of a QR code that sends you to a very inadequate Web site to order is terrible service. I won't be back
Shame I can't choose 0 stars. Ordered through the app, received an order number. Got told in store "we don't go by order numbers", check the receipt and to my surprise an order number. Surely that would have been helpful instead of saying "guess it hasn't come through yet", even though it clearly had as we got the food 10 minutes later. Maybe next time don't chuck the food/napkins in the take away bag either, pretty disrespectful and just a terrible practice. Won't be going back to this one ever again.

Went in the restaurent look nice. But the service was bad, wanted to order takeaway the waitress told me that I had to scan and place my order even tho there was no queue. She told me to do it through the phone with a rude attitude, after starting to place my order online, the popular food was written as unavailable on the website. I approached another waitress and she gracefully apologise and took my order. When waiting for my order the manager started taking other people's order without asking them to order online, so why couldn't I get the same treatment.
My husband and myself have been coming to this nandos for 15 years now this would have to be the worst I've ever seen this restaurant table are full of empty dishes when we arrived and still when we left customers where making up there own clean tables the chicken was dry and tasteless very disappointing I ask for my drinks they where hot the girl said the fridge was nit working properly this us the reason why this has received a 1
After having lunch we want to take away some dessert and drinks however The staff are not really nice, I called out everyone but they just look at us without coming and say anything

Need a bell or at least front of house staff, was waiting for over 5 minutes for anyone to actually come to the counter to take my order and there were 3 other people waiting in line as well, the staff who served me were nice enough though, food was dry as hell and I had to send it back, hardly any sauce on it so had to drown it with their stand alone sauce
Food is reasonable however wait time is excessive. Especially if you order online, you can see many delivery drivers waiting during busy hours.
Compare to Willetton the legend, customer service is definitely not as good.
Nandos canningvale used to be our go to. But this won’t be happening anymore. Since they introduced no extra basting (ie the driest chicken ever) we won’t be returning. Who likes dry chicken? And who does it effect putting a bit more basting on the chicken to keep customers? If we wanted average dry chicken we would just go to chicken treat.
Waited 45 minutes for our order while wasn’t busy they just prepped online orders, they have to add more staff for delivery orders!
I am a lover of Nandos. Now it's a bit different with covid and the lockdowns so we order in ahead and they usually get our orders right which is amazing because we have complicated orders. We ask for extra basting and peri salt on our chips.so these things can be forgotten. But the staff are always friendly, fast and efficient for the amount fo orders they receive. Give the staff a raise. Thank you Nandos for always being our number one chicken place. Xx
Terrible place- We got gastroenteritis last week from here. Tables were not cleaned after the last customers, with food on plates left out and got our order wrong.
We ordered and we get a message after 1 hour saying that our order is on the way. And we wait for another 20 minutes and then we call the driver's number. The Driver tells that he has not yet left from the restaurant as he's very busy. And disconnects the line. Very poor service of home delivery
Long wait time even when far from capacity.
Poor service customer service. Food wasn't bad but at a table of 6 we all had to eat at separate times which was disappointing. Would not recommend.
Very bad…went to Canning vale nandos yesterday and today and was told that there is more than one hour waiting on first day and today they run out of chicken by 7pm. Never going back there again
We placed an order online for pick up through their website at 5.30pm. We were notified that our pick up will be ready latest by 7.20pm. When we arrived at the counter to collect our order, the staff was confused and unsure about order despite having paid for it and have a confirmation email. They showed us another receipt for $117 through menu log which was paid for and they tried to convince us that was our order. However our bill was only $56. The wait staff was rude and got her manager to help us. It was shocking to see the manager’s attitude and her sarcastic comments. She did not bother about our meal but instead replying to a Facebook message. We have been regulars for many years and this was the first time we had to experience such an appalling customer service.
Appalling. Called the nandos contact number to order takeaway and was informed that they are only receiving orders through their app now. I go through the trouble of downloading the app and then food orders keep disappearing, the order won’t go through etc. Every problem you can imagine a food service app having.
Nandos has been showing appalling customer service for quite some time by never answering their phone, even before the switch to this app.
Now they refuse calls all-together and their app doesnt even work. I try to contact the nandos canning vale store directly and noone answers. I feel like I’m chasing up a restaurant so I can buy their food. Eventually we just gave up on ordering altogether.
Ridiculous!
