Nando's

Waited for more than 5 mins, just to get a bottle of sauce. Staff were just walking around. Literally ignoring us standing to place order. We love Nando’s but not belmont store anymore. And that was. Pt first time to experience bad customer service

I have been to this Nandos multiple time as I work in the centre and unfortunately most times I have been, the service has been quite subpar. From being ignored at the counter, to waiting 20 minutes for a meal that was supposedly ready or just receiving rather a unsatisfactory standard of food, I have not often been pleased with this restaurant however tonight, I was impressed a great deal with the service from a delightful staff member. Tamara was kind, efficient and quick to help with anything we asked for. She took our order quickly, politely and correctly. The store had run out of cutlery and she went out of her way to ensure we had cutlery and napkins to our table as soon as possible despite other staff members seemingly standing around. She was truly a standout, and her efforts should be appreciated. Thank you Tamara!

I have been to Nandos all over Australia yet this is the worst one, the staff lacks customer service, the soap dispenser is empty! Will not come here again, worst service no one is interested in working because it’s a Sunday

Came in to have a drink with my brother today. Lady at the counter said I hadto buy food with my Canadian club (alcoholic beverage), I then ordered a large peri chips, my brother was going to be forced to buy food too so I put his drink on my order and she forced me to upgrade to seriously large stating we hadto eat in order to drink, I have double checked as I was never informed of this when I did my RSA training in 2018, it seems that law was done away with in 2017. The chips were sub par, we also had spots of way too much Perri salt and spots with almost none. When our drinks came after our food we were handed Canadian clubs with the caps still on, this directly goes against the RSA anyways and therefore makes me question why we were forced to order food if you can't obey the actual current legislation. You can check your camera between 3: 15-3: 20 I went and placed the 2 bottle caps on the counter for you as I was leaving was going to say something but my brother said the confrontation wouldn't be worth it as the nandoca seemed rude and would probably pick a fight which would make us late for our movie.

Worse service, the guy behind the counter looks like he does not want to work. Terrible attitude, english just barely. How can someone like this stand behind customer service?

I came here with friends, the food and atmosphere were great as usual but the service was amazing, Tamara is so courteous, friendly and warm, it was a pleasure to be welcomed by her and would recommend this place 100%

Disappointment is under statement
The place is filthy, service is very bad, I was told 30min plus is the waiting time whereas I couldn’t see even one chicken on the grill!
Recently all Nandoes branches is Perth are the same in terms of bad service and cleanliness.

Absolutely disgusting service. The new staff member had no idea what I was saying even though I pointed to it on the menu, and when I talked to a higher up staff member, they said it was too bad because they had started cooking it. Own your mistakes. I'll never go back here with how the staff treated me

Rude service on arrival, staff member missed parts of our order. When it didn't show up and we they denied we had ordered it in the first place. Chicken came out lukewarm aswell. Disappointing

The last 7 times I have tried to eat here in the past few months I have experienced:
- 3 x closed completely as no staff
- 2 x open for Uber eats only
- 1 x open and taking orders but advising 1-2hr wait times
- And today…. No eftpos and no access to phone ordering so basically…. No way to order without using Uber eats or cash.

There is zero point even trying to have lunch/dinner here. It’s been getting worse and worse since mid last year.

Closing early and not permitted to dine in. Arrived over 1 hour before advertised closing time.

Tried to order a meal at 8: 45 and got told they aren't taking any dining. But there opening hours say until 10pm

My past two visits: 1) I ordered online at about 4: 45 pm for a 6 pm pickup. The order was finally ready at 6: 27, which is ridiculous. During my 27-minute wait, I heard staff mentioning the restaurant had run out of chicken. 2) On this occasion, I ordered and ate in the restaurant. When my Superfuel Salad was brought to the table, it did not contain avocado, which the restaurant had run out of. The waitress apologized but surely that should have been mentioned when I ordered? She added that the restaurant had run out of chicken (again) as well.

We ordered hole chicken, chip and corn, it’s too cold when I tell them they said ok after 2 minutes they bring same chicken me and my family so upset

The manager was useless and had no people skills. Was constantly aggressive towards customers and very blunt. Yelled at his staff telling them to be faster whilst he was just standing there. Even gave me the wrong drinks.

Got a takeaway peri peri chicken blat meal, chips were great, crispy with soft centre and hot, recently from the fryer. Blat burger buns were soft, lettuce was crispy, chicken tender and enough sauce.

It was a little hard to hear them call when your order is ready. Also, seeing a whole quarter of an avocado in the burger was interesting.

The crew at this store is fantastic. There is plenty or parking and a clean and regularly sanitized store.

First time I’ve been here and it’s the Worst nandos I’ve been to waited 40+ minutes for a small portion of food when I got the food the chicken had no flavour and sides were cold

Service is poor, staff are rude. Argued that we didn't order a meal, and our receipt showed MEAL, even though we where given our drink that came with the meal. Food was cold and staff just unpleasant.
Restroom was dirty, no toilet paper, 2 out of order, daughter went to use disability toilet, that had feces everywhere. Absolutely disgusted.

Won't be returning. Will report to Franchise.

Terrible customer service. For the third time today again one of the staff 'boy' was very rude. When you stop serving you say "Sorry we're no longer serving" with a good attitude. Not "We're not serving! " with a horrible attitude. Never coming back again.
