It was unfortunately very obvious that the technician who did my nails had no training at all. The gel polish removal was extremely slow, and the technician struggles to know what angle to hold the buffing tool at to remove the product. My cuticles were hit with with the buffing tool several times. The nail shape is uneven, lots of gel polish on the cuticle and fingers, and the top coat is missing in places. The owners need to train staff properly before allowing them to work on paying clients.

Trust these ladies with my life. I have been going here for 2 years and every single time I love my nails. Definitely a place to go. They have fixed my nails up no worries if I go to other places and they don't turn out good. Love this place so much x

Absolutely disgusting customer service! They wanted to charge $55 for a pedicure and the job wasn’t even done properly no scrub and no razor included. When I asked why they charge so much for half a job I was told to re explain myself to three different ladies. I told them I wanted razor on my heels they said I’d have to pay an extra $10 (it’s not the money it’s more the principle) I Will NEVER recommend this business to anybody! Absolutely repulsive! With the cost of living who in their right mind would blow $65 on a below average service

edit: they ended up fixing them but in doing so they had to file off the shellac, leaving the acrylic super thin and now two weeks later pretty much all cracked and fallen off.this cost $80 and an absolute headache.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a nail salon. Went there today to ask for shellac nails and toes. It was late in the day and I don’t live in the area, so said if there isn’t time to do both today I won’t go ahead with it as I may not be coming back that way. The lady misinterpreted what I’d said and snapped at me. Practically threw my phone down at me and raised her voice saying she doesn’t care if i don’t come back.its my fault for asking for nails this late, and repeated “I don’t care don’t come back, your fault”. I was absolutely shocked and had to wait for her to finish before I could explain that’s not what I was saying. Instantly settled it for me that I will not be coming back, even if I do go back that way again!

Chairs had no massage. When asked for heels to be done told extra charge. Now I know why they had no one having pedicures! Dont bother with this salon

There Chipping again like the nail polish is like peeling off I’ve already got them re done once already

Every time I’ve been here the customer service is horrible and majority of staff are super rude
I always end up bleeding because the rip the little bits of skin off next to my nails then always end up going over it with the buffing tools
Overall very rough and overpriced for what nails you end up with

Asked to remove current nail. Very rough and painful and didn’t take off properly, used her fingers to rip them off? WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Went in today waited 30mins for the lady and still they weren’t set up properly then a lady came to finish the rest of the nails and I said I wanted almond shape I was told no because they were too short when I’ve had them the exact same before I paid $85 for she started ripping my nails up wards which hurt and still do.yes they are cute but I’m not happy with how they treated my nails and myself also she pushed my acrylics back as is up like she was trying to take them off and it still hurts hours later

I arrived at 10: 45 this morning and stated that all i wanted was a pedicure with normal polish and that some gel polish needed removing. I told them that i have another appointment at 12: 15 and they said that they'd be finished by then.

I wait 10 minutes for someone to start my massage thats included and then wait another 15 minutes after that for my nails to really even be started. The woman doing my nails barely filed them (to the point where i will have to redo them myself) and started painting my nails at about 11: 50. It takes her 15 minutes to do one coat of polish (that she redid more than once so I just told her to remove all together as i would miss my second appointment that i had.

I go to the counter where i have to pay $45 and i questioned this as i didn't even get a colour done. This means i payed $45 for a foot and half leg massage, for them to remove some gel polish (that took about 5 minutes) and for this woman to put one coat of nail polish on my nails just for her to remove it. I now have to pay to buy my own nail polish and file to do my nails myself.

Very bad service manicure.my toenails she clip the nail, until the skin? And charge more for design? How come people say this shop is good? My mistake not read the reviews first. And correct! The lady do my mani/pedi talk back in front me and my sis.and doing face when talk about us? Close your business if like this u served customers who pay for services! Not good

If you want good service and a relaxing time, stay away from this place. Staff make customers uncomfortable and argue about colour choices with you. Massages very rushed.

Waited like for half an hour for waxing then another half and hour more for pedicure including shellac so what I get is a cream and and a brush scrub for $55 dollars and when asked to remove dead skin. I was told to pay $10 extra telling it’s no more included in pedicure. I’m extremely disappointed with service won’t be going back. They should definitely mention the pedicure details like they display the price. It’s just wasting time and money.

Absolutely horrible place. The owner (I think) did my finger nails gel powder and she has completely ruined my nails. All different lengths and over filled to 1 side. Wouldn’t go back if they paid me. Not very friendly at all!

Got my girlfriend nails done here. Service is okay, reasonable price.

Very rude on one of the staffs saying impolite thing about my girlfriend nails right in front of her, in Vietnamese! You don’t say bad thing (in your opinion) about other people in your language they might understand it!

The two times I have come in I was asked to pay for my nails before even getting the colour or anything on!
The last time this happened I did not return. The only reason I had returned this time was due to a bridle party as we all getting our nails done and the bride wanted to come here.
Now I liked how my nails turned out.don’t get me wrong they are nice but my problem is both time I was asked to pay before end results. Out of the bridle party I was the only one to have to pay before end results.everyone else got to pay once finished! I will NEVER return to this horrible judging place! NO where else I have been has EVER done this to me! I work FULL TIME! Some of the bridle party are no even employed. So why judge one. I would understand if it was all of us who had to do it but no it was only me. No one else in the store had to pay before either so I will let all my friends and family know about this horrible traumatic experience! You will lose many more customers! Horrible customer service!

I just want to say I won't come back to here. Terrible service. Stuff talking to me without any patience, like she is the one paying money do nails for me. Not clear price. Add this add that. After all the polish colour even didn't cover my nail color. I went into the shop with positive vibes, came out with full of negative energy. What an experience!

Had to review again and my initial 5 stars are now to 1 star.

Updated as 1. Footspa and pedicure are so low quality. Did not even do the scrubbing and removal properly of the foot calluses. 2. Pedicurist seems to be in a hurry to think there are no other customers. My feet shellac already fell off after 2 hours.: (Seems the drying and uv process did not cure it well.
3. Manicurist was not better either. The paint used on me seems old and runny and she was in a hurry too.: (

For the price, it is so unreasonable to be treated this way. Sns and foot/mani spa (or manicure) from my other shop was 85 including removal of sns or gel. They charge on top of normal for removal.: (I know it is a norm, but they should compensate with quality service.
