I got the gluten free seafood basket and a lactose free coffee the coffee was great, one of the times I didn't have to add sugar the seafood basket was pretty big for a lunch time meal, but I got through it. Calamari, seafood stick, bit of fish, several prawns & a pineapple fritter & chips

I ordered the chicken parmi, and it came with plenty of chips and a decent salad that wasn't just an afterthought. The chips were great and the parmi was fantastic! Good value for money. You can also BYO and have a nice wine with your meal. My first experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely be back.

The seafood basket is much better than what you'll find in the actual fish and chip shops.

Overpriced, tasteless and mush.

- chips were subpar at best, very plain and no crispiness at all.
- fish bites seemed promising with the nice golden batter but they turned out to be mush bites that were spat out immediately and the rest weren’t touched.
- dim sum didn’t taste like a usual dim sum, and not in a good way.also ended up spat out.pretty disappointed as we were waiting to try this spot for awhile, we decided to take the family here but just wont be coming back after our experience with the food

This was by far one of the worst dinning experiences in my 50 years.it was new years eve, 31.12.22, and they said up front it was an hour wait. All good, that time of the year.
Was told when ordering that the fish was snapper.when the meal came 75 minutes later, after seeing many who ordered after me get there meal, my meal came out piping hot, but as I tasted, not cooked.
The fish was Basa (disgusting fish) instead of the snapper and I wouldn't have ordered if I had known.the salt and pepper squid tasted good but the crust was soggy and oily. My daughter enjoyed the chicken tacos.
I then got the staff to take back the fish dishes with one bite from each as I couldn't eat it and explained why.
Literally was told sorry by a staff member and then nothing.the food was undercooked and not what I ordered, this was a horrible experience for my daughter and I on holiday with a par for course finish to 2022.
Let's go 2023!

Got takeaway fish n chips with my partner, $28 ($14 each) for standard fish. Pricey. Fish was not bad, decent size. Fish was covering a small amount of chips which was disappointing given the price. Had to add my own salt because they didn’t ask when they took my order

Not a good experience! Greasy and over priced. Every person in our group commented that the fish was greasy and made some feel quite ill. My piece of crumbed fish was very cheap tasteless mush. Sorry! Another example of top prices being charged for very average quality food. Never again.

Giving one star coz not possible to give 0. Overpriced and fish is over cooked. Not impressed they over charged us we calculated the price ourselves and we were way over charged and the look on the guys face looked like he knew what he did I definitely would NOT recommended

Ordinary only. Batter too thick and tasteless. One of the meals appeared to not be fully cooked, the batter left a greasy taste in the mouth which was still evident next day! Not going back!

First time there. Our meals were good quality and portion sizes. Tasty and good pricing. Will be back.

Went to another restaurant next to Sunsets and had a disgusting experience.

Went to Nae’s after walking out of first place. What to say? Excellent. Ordered tea for 2, big pot each of piping hot tea and lots of milk arrived within minutes. Large piece each of sweet juicy crumbed/grilled fish, more than enough chips and salad - arrived within 10 minutes of ordering. Enough time to get settled in and chat. Music is laid-back, place is spotless, relaxing casual atmosphere, prices are value-for-money, and the staff are just lovely. I intend to work my way through the menu. Another customer said he eats here regularly and hasn’t been disappointed once. I expect a good dining experience for my money and Nae’s ticks all the boxes.

I complain at substandard food/service. When they exceed expectation I’m equally vocal giving praise. I totally urge you to give Nae’s a try. We’re going back, next stop scones and tea Enjoy

Brought the oldies here for Good Friday lunch. Fast service and everyone loved their meals. Best piece of battered fish I've had in a long time.

Good food, nice service. Only negative was they forgot to tell us drinks were self service. Waited for ages.
Def will go again

It was an unplanned trip to Rockingham and I had the best time with my boyfriend. We enjoyed the food and the view was great. Not to forget about how wonderful the staff were ️

Stopped in for an early family dinner at Nae’s. Resturuant is clean and spacious making for a very welcoming dining experience. Staff were very helpful and friendly on ordering and during meal, which was very much appreciated. Prices are fair and menu options are great, catering for kids and those who aren’t fans of seafood.
We all enjoyed our meals, though my wife found the mussels a bit sweet for her liking, but still enjoyable. Burger was enjoyed by my daughters, as were the nuggets which were crispy and not oily.
My fish burger was good, though I found the fish steak to be a little mushy in the middle.
All other meals ordered by family was enjoyed by all.
Recommend stopping in for a meal if you are down Rockingham way!

My husband & I had snapper/chips meal & prawn/chips meal. The salad was a let down but nevertheless the main meal was great.
