Naab Restaurant

Drove a long distance to get there, got there 21: 20, but they kicked us out as their kitchen! Was already closed. If you cannot serve people after 9: 00pm set your opening hours to be 9: 00pm! Simple as that!

Terrible Terrible Terrible!
I wish I could give it a -5 stars. Don't waste your time and money going there. The food was absolutely awful. The rice was frozen and they microwaved it. The appetizer was microwaved and disappointing too. The minced kebab was raw which I sent it back. What made it worse was the attitude of the owner/manager who didn't even apologize for that terrible food he served us.

One of the worst experiences we have ever had in any kinds restaurant. 80% of the offered meals in the menu are nor available. Literally, the restaurant has only 1 Kebab to offer. Almost 2 hours after making orders, no food, no water NOTHING!
I won’t come back here again.

That was a TERRIBLE experience for us. Our great day ended up with the worst experience in this location. The whole group doesn't know even the basic concepts of customer satisfaction. First of all, we were waiting for 25 minutes and no one cares to get our orders. I was moving my head to find anyone to see our table! After about an hour we got our order, but without a spoon, fork, glass, and water! Waited for about 10 minutes and AGAIN no one came. Are you kidding me? ! Again, looking to find someone there to let them know! Our food got cold, that's it. Average food quality, and AWFUL services, also different items on menu were unavailable like doogh, rice. I will definitely never ever come back to this restaurant. Guys, learn to respect your customers with proper services. It was just wasting money for us!

Beautiful atmosphere and friendly staff, the food was alright! We ordered mix plate and some where cooked and some undercooked!
1.upon arrival we had to wait 10min to get menu's
2.waited 50min for food to arrive. Which were about to leave!
3. They had no idea how to serve they just leave the food on side and u have to help urself out!
4.for everything we had to ask several times to get it.
5. Most food on manu is not available!
It was our first and last time visiting this place.

Went to the restaurant twice now.the first time service was average.but not really good.the second time was again average.waiters need to be trained they come n disturb you whilst eating trying to take away your plate.we ordered a naab platter.it was good but could have been improved.firstly it was a share platter but had only one piece of naan bread no dip no chips either.

Salad was just not enough.would be great if this was improved.would try coming back again

Food is great by the service needs a lot of attention and needs to improve, perhaps having more wait staff would help.

Food was ok, FOH staff were school kids.
They didn't know the menu, they didn't know the difference between chicken or lamb.
When we asked about menu items they had to ask the more mature boy.
Even thou our meal came out completely different it was still tasty, but may not go there for a while yet. Hopefully they manage the staff a bit better.

Food was delicious and great value. Staff were nice and definitely a great place to eat on a winter's night.

Nice food (average) but small portion for the price they charged. Current price menu on Facebook is not the same as the restaurant menu (25% more expensive).

Won't be back.

I've tried Naab restaurant in Bedford. I've always like to try different cuisine Afgan / Persian is one of our favourites.
We ordered Kashk O Bademjman and Afgan bread. That's eggplant onion whey and garlic.
Mantu, Afgan traditional lamb mince dumplings.
Naab special mix, Mix grilled beef, lamb and chicken with rice.
All the dishes we ordered were suggested by the waitress.she said it will be a good introductory to the food of their restaurant. I can say the portions are generous and we enjoyed every single dish of it.

Nice atmosphere.
Service is welcoming & friendly.
Food tasty & serve all dishes together.
We been there a few times and try different dishes & all great.
Recommennd this place & be sure to make booking.

Delicious food, friendly service and pleasant decor. Took a bit longer than expected but the quality of the food made it worth the wait - we ordered the Mantu and the naab mix (chicken and beef shish kebabs). We'll be back soon to try more of the menu!

Omg this restaurant is a treasure! Food absolutely amazing the meats, chicken and lamb melts in mouth and the flavours are amazing. We had the yogurt mint drink and desert saffron ice cream and caramel omg! I feel like I’m in dream food world! The two ladies working amazing and she explained the menu beautiful and gave suggestions really impressed.

Amzing amzing delicoius food.

Amazing food. Well presented whether you dine in or take away. The staff take pride in the food and are very helpful if you need help in navigating the menu.
Don't go past the Kashk o Bademjan and Zaytoon Parvardeh entrées. Simply delicious.
The Naab Special Mix is great if you want to try a bit of everything.
The food is well priced, with sizeable portions.

I go to a lot of restaurant, from Mediterranean to middle eastern, but out of all of them, Naab’s food was the best. I enjoyed the my meal with excellent service and a variety of different foods. The experience was amazing.

The best restaurant I've been to. Their food is amazing and top quality, the dine in is beautiful. Definitely coming again.

Seriously, I love the restaurant and the food's fresh and amazing. Also the service was great as well.we booked for seven and they still did a great job.

Amazing food. Nice approachable staff. Place looks beautiful. The only negative side is the waiting period from placing your order to receiving it. It takes a while for your order to be ready.
