Especially for the Cosmetics everywhere there are experienced staff to help customers and they are very friendly in nature you can freely talk to them. And Revlon is my favourite brand as they used have offers for long time on all products, I purchased many items from Revlon and MAC as well,
In the shoes section also they used to have offers and clearance. They have stock of sketchers and many popular brands,
One place to must visit in the shopping mall in Australia.

I had intended to buy new sunglasses at Sunglasses Hut Myer today, however the big girl with heavy tattoos who seemed to be in charge, was so rude and less then zero customer service skills wasn't interested in helping me any time soon. She was even rude and condescending to her Co worker. Needless to say ill buy my $560 sunnies somewhere else.

I bought Dyson hair straightener I didn’t like I tried to return it to Myer carousel but the customer service representative was so rude and didn’t respected my at all he was talking to me like I am not important and he was races and left me in tear I will never shop from Myer again.

The escalator going up was unserviceable and took an effort to find the lift to go up. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Lady in the perfumes was extremely helpful. But all the other departments there wasn't anyone there to help. Have up and left

“Did you need some help there”… I mean I’ve just been waiting at this counter for the last few minutes staring at you chatting with your colleague, ignoring all the your customers in the department…

And apparently the men’s shoes department is just as painful… one guy who can’t help cos he’s already holding one pair of shoes…

You all need to visit the bdk stand for amazing perfumes! Wow! They don't have it in other stores, at least not the ones I've been to. Very generous with testers too.as long as you buy perfume.

One stop shop for Xmas and more. But really busy at this time. Still, you isually find something for that someone special: babies, kids games and toys, clothing, beauty etc.

Service staff are very helpful and friendly, a ln excellent variety of clothing from casual to dinner wear.

I used to always be buying clothes and cologne from Myer as the stores full of fashionable items and I thought I was just it! Now I seem to have grown fond of second hand stores. Myer still stands out for fashion though. So does their prices.

Great disappointment at Myer Cannington store last weekend. Went to buy 2 footwears. Waited for like 25mins for someone to help with the size to try on, but few saleswomen didn't even made eye contact, few looked and said will come back but never did. When I tried to ask they just looked and walked away. I understand store being busy on a weekend but waiting for this long without anything happening was just too much and that too to just try on sizes so that I could buy. Finally had to choose other store for my purchase.

I had the best experience with a staff member named Sam in the men's section on thursday night (10/12) - he was personable, friendly - gave amazing customer service and helped me try on and I purchased: shoes, pants and a shirt.i couldn't find a section on the myer website to provide this feedback.what a champ!

Im size 22. Bring larger ladies fashion further forward in the store PLEASE

Five stars for Myer staff “Vynka” for her amazing service. She noticed there’s few stains on the pants we purchased which we never noticed. And being so patient and helpful to solve our problem. We had really good time because of her. Thanks Vynka:)

The staff member was helpful (menswear), found a jumper but as for pants who decided 'skinny fit' is what a big man wants (same everywhere at present). And surely I can't be the only one that is driven from shops by annoying music. Can't help but think sales would have to increase if 'elevator' music was played instead of torturous noise!

Good shopping enviroment but some product are over price.event it marks 50% 60% off.still to to over price.

Some good deals going on at the moment. Bought some pajamas at 30% off. Very comfortable and good quality material. The place to visit if your looking for good quality products at affordable prices esp good deals.
