Trent and his team are amazing, been getting my car serviced, tyres and repairs through them a couple of years now. They've become my trusted mechanics. I know when I book my car in with My Car Rockingham there is no funny business! Never have I been charged for unneeded repairs like other mechanics I've seen in the past, they are upfront, professional and HONEST! They always do a fantastic job and don't charge an arm and a leg either. Happily travel from Mandurah to Rockingham to book my car in with them. I dont think I could trust another mechanic. Advised from the start by the lovely lady at the call centre how much it was going to cost and how long it would take.
Advised when they opened and how long it was going to take and they even finished early.
I was advised that I will need new brake pads soon and they were happy to book me in at to have the problem taken care of.

This is my first time I have delt with mycar, I was astounded by their employees service.
Nothing was too hard, and made me feel to be an important customer. They did the job on time and on budget as quoted. They where $1000.00 cheaper than the local Nissan dealership quoted. That is not a typo yes $1000.00 cheaper. They did the job in 2 hours Nissan quoted it would take 6 hours. I will be back for all my future services and repairs.

Since Trent & James have been in My Car in Rockingham… I have only great things to say about them…Trent is always so lovely & courteous…a breath of fresh air! …explains everything in language I can understand…. Always goes the extra mile…which is s a contrast to the previous managers! …who I got the impression they just couldn’t be bothered!

My radiator had a leak a few hrs before I was to drive to the airport…James fixed it up temporarily so I was able to drive it in time to catch my flight! …I know lots of people are really suspicious of car repair companies & I was too but can honestly say Trent & James have restored my faith… thank you guys!

Ok.now listen up. I'm a 79yr old pensioner that was heading South on Kwinana Fry and hit a metal ladder, large bang, flat Tyre and bent rim. I don't post but it's very necessary I do on this occasion. I had purchased tyres at this store before so went there again to get help. I spoke to a young gent- Trent who may have been the manager.if not he should be. He was dealing with more than one customer while there and he demonstrated he is truly a great operator with serious knowledge of tyres and car mechanics. He was also convincing with his honesty. He had compassion for my situation and straightened the damaged wheel, fitted and sealed the tyre.no charge.then he wanted to put it into the wheel well in the boot, I said know you've done enough to help me thanks.
Please listen to me.do yourself a big Favour and go see this guy if you need tyres or mechanical work. I'm also an old tyre dealer from the sixties, Nito Tires, so I do know my shit as well and this guy is for real and so easy to like. I can near guarantee your satisfaction at MY CAR Rockingham. WALT and please mention my name ha! Ha! Ha!

I am still waiting for a new door handle, the communication has been shocking and I've had to keep chasing but feel like giving up now they've just wasted so much of my time. The last dealing I had with them after paying to have the door handle problem diagnosed is I booked in after the part was ordered and then I got a phone call when it was meant to be being installed saying oh it's not the right colour did you want me to install it anyway so I said no and then they had to find out why it was different and ended up saying I'll have to pay to get it sprayed now and they'd send me the details. A month later still no email or call about details. Fed up with it. They've also quoted one thing on the phone and said another in person.

Took my car to Trent as there was potential for a major problem if not sorted. He ran through options for me prices for parts and also money saving options. The staff are friendly and professional and know their way around a vehicle. At the end of the day I am very satisfied with Trent and found him very approachable and knowledgeable. I would definitely refer him to family and friends.

Fantastic 5 stars! Being a full time uber driver having my vehicle safe and well looked after is a huge priority. The team at mycar tyre and auto rockingham are great to deal with and keep me on the road!
