Changed from Subaru dealership to My Car Booragoon for tyres and servicing about 18 months ago for my Forrester.
I couldn’t be happier. Great customer service and costs are lower than the dealership for all services.

Absolute banger of a mechanic, never going to give them up because they're never gonna let me down, never going to run around and desert you.

Ben and his team are fantastic, they have been extremely knowledgeable on any issue I have brought to them. Customer service is excellent and I would recommend the team at MyCar Booragoon to anybody.

Just called mycar Booragoon for a quote on a few things. Was met with no greeting, no name was honestly not sure if I had the right company. Receptionist on the phone didn't sound like they wanted to help me at all and made me feel as if my questions were bothering them. Afterwards, I called Kardinya mycar and was greeted by a lovely staff member who talked me through each service enquiry I had.

I had great service from Ben from start to finish. My car is now mobile again and I can relax, knowing that it's not going to conk out on me.

Ben kindly fit my car in very last minute for a service despite being very busy. I got a detailed quote for what was needed and no pressure to agree to work I didn’t want done that day. Car was ready in a reasonable time frame for the work required. And the communication was excellent. Customer service was friendly and professional. Would happily bring my car back here again.

Had a puncture in one of my tyres which was slowly leaking pressure, and was thinking I’d need to buy a new one. Instead, the team patched up the puncture in about 10mins for free! Service was pleasant too - thanks team.

Got new BFG fitted to my 100series cruiser. These guys offered excellent price and all work completed. Always had issues with my wheel alignment and they have sorted this out. Highly recommend My car Booragoon.
