We called the team at mycar Tyre & Auto Banksia Groove a few days ago because we wanted to have a pre-purchase car inspection done on a Toyota Hiace Commuter. Unfortunately, due to the size of the car, this is not possible at every garage - but here, after a very nice phone call, we luckily got an appointment on the same day
Our entire experience there positively surprised and impressed us - especially thanks to Charlotte's exceptional customer orientation. From the very beginning, she was extremely courteous and friendly, greeting us with a smile and patiently taking her time to understand our concerns as best as possible and to be able to advise us in detail on this. This clear communication and empathetic listening immediately gave us the feeling that we were in good hands here
However, what really makes Charlotte stand out as a staff member is her impressive knowledge and expertise. She was able to translate complex information into easy to understand explanations, and in doing so, managed to give us a clear picture of the condition of the vehicle. She is undoubtedly an expert in her field. Her extensive knowledge (in our case specifically about vans) gave us confidence that she knew exactly what to look for when buying an ex-mine car.

Had an issue with my Nissan Dualis taking several attempts to start. Called two weeks 3 weeks ago to book it in and was advised by Sarah that it would be $142 only for an investigation. My wife went to collect the car and to her shock they had done a service so the cost ended up been just under $500. She was provided a list of other recommended things that need to be looked at but nothing related to the original issue. And the problem with the car taking ages to start? Was the battery in your key fob. A $6 part. Then was told but if the issue occurs bring it back. Sure enough the next day the car took several attempts to start. Took it in on Saturday and was told it maybe the Starter motor a part that costs $800 dollars but we won’t charge labour. Collected the car today and only $100 of labour (bout 30min) was reduced. So total price including a 170k service and the investigation were in both they failed to find the issue ended up spending almost $1300! Joke. Avoid.
Had a great experience at Mycar Banksia Grove today. We were setting off on holiday and I saw my tyre had a screw in it. The guy at Mycar managed to take us there and then and the puncture repair was free because we had bought the tyres from Mycar. Great result! Thoroughly professional

Came in for a service because of a check engine light, paper work said it was a 30min job, they held my car for 2 days without letting me know any estimation. Didn't even pick up on a leaking water line for the coolant, and when I picked up the car my battery was flat for the first time ever. Went to ford and the new part was $200 cheaper which I thought was insane. Customer service was at least friendly.
