Agnes is the best real estate agent someone can have in Perth region. I have properties around in Perth & her performance is way up than others. She is a LEGEND & highly recommended if you have an investment property.

As an interstate investor, I was on the search for a property manager in WA to look after my brand new build in Baldivis. After contacting many property managers, the only one who returned my call immediately was Agnes. This lady has gone above and beyond my expectations from the first phone call. With extensive knowledge of the region and a wealth of understanding about the current market in WA. I was experiencing issues with the builder which Agnes stepped in and immediately took control. She has truely been a blessing for me and I cannot thank her enough for the amount of work she has done for me. From the bottom of my heart Agnes I thank you so very much.

Excellent accommodation. Friendly, happy, hard working owners. A very happy environment. Even welcomed our wee dog she loved all the space. A great place to unwind after a hectic day. Peaceful and beautiful gardens.

Fabulous property - Agnes is a wonderful host and has put so much work into the beautiful garden. Cottages are clean and views are top notch.

Agnes is great when things are going well. She introduced a tenant she had worked with before, was very attentive and helpful during setup etc, even let me manage the payments initially. Then I asked her to manage the property fully as I didn't have time. The tenants stopped looking after the property, rent payment was not regular, things got increasingly difficult and the property deteriorated - this is when the agent needs to step up. Agnes did not step up, she ignored my repeated requests for updates and evidence that the issues were being resolved and now that we are having to kick the tenants out, she is "resigning from management duties" - basically leaving me in the lurch 4 days before Xmas with a house that is trashed and a bond that will not go even close to covering the cost of the damage to the property. Her excuse is to claim that I have asked her to do things that are against regulations. I 100% have not asked her to do any such thing, I have simply asked her to do her job - she just wants to wash her hands of a difficult situation and walk away from her duties as an agent. I am disgusted both with her performance and her lack of any moral responsibility. Good riddance, I will be using Rachael from GEM property from now on.

Agnes has managed our property for the last 3 years as we live interstate. We have had great tenants with no issues over the 3 years. Agnes is professional, provides a great service to both tenants and owners and I would highly recommend My place real estate.

Wouldn't know how lovely this Agnes is but she surely can't drive. Pulling out of my house down an alley way, couldn't see much from next door neighbours ford ranger taking up most of the road. Slowly pulling out to slamming my brakes as she comes flooring through, obviously startling her since she also slammed her brakes. Then as i get towards nairn drive, definitely wasn't going fifty k's as she powered her way to the back of me, turning onto nairn. Towards the safety bay/nairn roundabout, has made it far infront of me past the first round about going 70, even though she was held up by on-coming cars. Not one indicator from seeing her behind, then later infront of me as she sped ahead. Don't know where you needed to be so fast at five-pm. There are tons of kids in and around the tuart rise area, especially the alley ways. Slow down and keep to fifty on the streets.

Agnes was very adaptable to my families need to have our house rented quickly.we have never rented out a house before and were out of depths of knowing processes and procedures and understanding of paper work to best suit my families needs.
