Went with my friend a while back, unreasonable, unprofessional and treated customer with disrespect. Avoid at all cost.

Love this place! Aleisha is the best hairdresser I've had ever for blonde hair, she listened to what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. Anyone who has their hair blonded knows how important it is to have an expert or your hair can end up any shade from grey to yellow. This is a top class salon with friendly staff and their mission is to make sure you leave with what you asked for. I love the results everytime. Highly recommended.

Great people who work there and a wonderful salon. I go out my way to have my hair styled here as there are many local salons i could go too but feel like i get treated well here and my hair is always beautiful everytime i leave. Also who doesn't love flamingos!

Aleisha and the team are amazing! I wouldn’t let anyone else touch my hair. Aleisha took my thin, brittle hair and gradually made it healthy again, and even took me from dark brown to pink while maintaining my hair’s health. 1000/10 would recommend!

I wouldn’t go any where else. They are all amazing ladies that work here. It’s the perfect “mum break” hair done along with a great laugh. They always know my just cut it off means leave at least an inch more then I say. My hair has never been as healthy as it has been since coming to your salon. Have been going to this salon for almost 10 years now and refuse to go elsewhere! Staff are so friendly, welcoming and hold their work to extremely high standards.

My view of this salon is not as customer but an observer as my partner worked for this business.
I viewed the way they treated customers and an ex staff member (my partner) with great disrespect.
Not once have I verbally/physically attacked anything to do with this business and nor has she.

I make the trip down from Bayswater to have my hair done by these absolutely amazing ladies, I always feel a million dollars when I leave and always have a great time with the amazing and knowledgeable staff on hand. Wizards with colour and scissors. I can guarantee nothing but the best service and a whole lot of good laughs from these amazing ladies! 10/10 would never let another salon near my hair ever.

I love this salon. I’m forever getting little odds and ends shaved and my colour always looks amazing. Staff are super lovely and definitely know their stuff! My hair is longer and thicker than it has ever been in my entire life thanks to several recommendations and consultations with the super knowledgeable staff. Keep doing what you do ladies

Mothers been cutting hair since the dinosaurs vanished and I’ve have never witnessed or heard anyone disappointed at her work ️ No one gets to where she’s has got without the hard work she done!

Usually spend quite a lot of $$$ in this store.
Walked in today with my children and was stared at like I had 3 heads and was something the owner stepped in.

Needless to say I walked out without being served and went next door to Priceline where the service is always of a high standard.

I don't know how this store is still open given the fb reviews.

Not happy with the haircut, I explained what I wanted (simple hair style) but I wasn't listened to and it was nothing like what I asked for. All would be forgiven if it was a great cut, unfortunately it wasn't.
