5My first experience at my health clinic was a good one. The physiotherapist was very knowledgeable, he went through what muscle I had damaged and how it affected my body. He put me on an rehabilitation program to help me recover and come back stronger. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a physiotherapist.
I was in a bad way this morning. I could barely move and in so much pain from my lower back and pelvic, reaching around the side of my pelvic to the front. Devin the physio did some stretches on me, deep tissue massage and needling. I’ve never done needling before but it definitely helped a lot. By the end of my session I could move so much better and in so much less pain. Thankyou My Health Clinic in Belmont for fitting me in today.

Awesome experience at this clinic, the staff were so lovely and all the practitioners were so happy to help with all of my concerns! Lots of new equipment… Will definitely be returning to the clinic!
Visited My Health Clinic for the first time today! Amazing equipment to help with all recovery and the staff were so enthusiastic to help! Has all the services you need, Physio, Massage AND Dietetics. Will be recommending to all my friends.
