Great experience! First experience with food delivery service. Great meals and selections.
We enjoy the variety. Delicious! RECOMMENDED

Terrible customer service support, phone goes to message bank. My subscription has been inactive for months - today My foodie box debited $70 from my bank account without any notification or approval for a technical mistake they made months ago.

Horrible customer service. They definitely answer queries selectively, and only respond to ones they want to deal with. I emailed 5 times during my subscription to them but only received answers twice. I had issues with them twice. The first time the herbs came with multiple live snails. I emailed and they did not answer so I cancelled my subscription. Later they sent an email saying if I reactivated I'd get 50% off and a fruit box. So I ordered again. The meal box was not 50% off and there was never a fruit box. I emailed twice about this and they did not bother responding. I have cancelled my subscription again and will not reactivate again.

We received 3 meals on a "Free" voucher for which we paid delivery only. We did not understand our"freeby" resulted in an ongoing subscription which we didn't want. Be careful you don't caught out as we did.

Delicious meals, communication is wonderful and I love the fact that i can give the box back and not be stuck with a hundred boxes to recycle.
The only issue for me is I feel the website is not very user friendly, like it takes a bit long to load and then when I get to my account I can't see if I have any promotion going on my current or upcoming boxes (which I feel is very important to know how much am being charged next) that's why I gave you 4 stars, please work on the website to give an excellent overall experience

The best meal kit delivery service I have tried. An amazing selection of delicious meals, big portions, local produce and minimal plastic (unlike other meal kit services). Customer service is top notch and the prices are very reasonable for such quality and convenience. Would 100% recommend!

$90 for 3 meals Delivered, 1 of which is a vegetarian meal. I'm sorry but that is utter robbery. This is the second week of meals, the first week had ok meals here and there however some of the meat was appalling. The rump steak nearly took our teeth out. The packaging says for some meals that 2P will get 2x chicken breats. The chicken recieved in this weeks box had a 3 day expiry. Both occasions it's been only one. The instructions were great for some meals and confusing for others. I made the mistake to assume that we'd get 5 meals the following week after trailing my foodie box, only to receive 3. Very disappointed. Will carry on with the competition.

Not large meals, Keep that in mind if you have a family. Had a chicken meal & the chicken was well and truly off by its used by date.

My first order was meant to be on Sunday before 1pm. Waited till 3pm, checked my order online and the time frame had been changed from 7am to 8pm. I had wanted this food for dinner, had to find something else for dinner as my order didn't even come. Contacted the company and all they said must of been an issue with the order. Not much of an apology. Will never use this company again.

I received a gift of 3 boxes for foodiez. The first was a week late and vegan so useless to us. 4 weeks later we still haven't received a 2nd or 3rd but they have taken the money. Needless to say I would never recommend them.

They do have good recipes, but the veggies won't last a week. Has so much potential, but is a complete let down in end. Meat is scarce as well. Was charged an extra $10 on my order and my complaint was met with silence

I thoroughly enjoyed the new Thermomix Box. Wide selection of recipes and so good that they were different from cookidoo. But would also be a great if they had another option box for the Cookidoo recipes. Making it even easier for those who don't want to follow the recipe cards but have the option of guided cooking aswell.

Love the recycling and good quality ingredients.

Even though delivery was delayed. We were ok with that due to their freezer blocks inside. It was well packaged. Completely understand when there is delayed delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.

Amazing food. All natural ingredients (unlike other meal services that have msg and other artificial flavour enhancers), fresh, healthy and always different flavours. We tried their standard, vegeterian and currently doing the vegan boxes. All amazing! Would highly recommend.

Great customer service, love the team are Perth locals too! And loving how easy and delicious the meals are. Can’t wait for my weekly delivery!
