Dealing with My Fonetel has been amazing experience. Our ex-provider was not good when comes to support. Communcations made easier with new VoIP Phones. Very big thanks Mayur and good luck.

3CX on Fanvil IP phones works like magic. So much better than previous B&W super expensive LG iPECS phone. Best ever telco service experience and highly recommended to Perth business to deal with My Fonetel.

Just moved away from Telstra DOT & SIP for all the sites and now using 3CX IP Phone systems as centralized platform for entire organization. Mayur has been providing excellent service and recommendation as require.

We had all sort of drama with Panasonic systems with iiNET, and there was absolutely no support at all from anywhere. Our one of supplier recommended to contact My fonetel, within 4 days got new VoiP base 3CX phone systems good quality service and so much better communications. Awesome work.

We are lucky to have our phone systems provider someone locally based, no more wasting time dealing with call center. Mayur and Sunny always keen to help and provide personalize support for last 10 months. Confidently say that they are the best I have dealt in last 10 years.

We changed to My Fonetel 3 months ago for business use at five retail locations. They installed a new phone system including mobile applications which provides great flexability and options within the system. We also opted for professional on-hold advertising and music which is a plus for any business. The change over was smooth and extremely cost effective to what we were currently paying. Mayur and his team were fantastic and we greatly appreciate the customer service they provided. Thank you!

When Mayur and Miki approached us, we had been having all sorts of issues with our user unfriendly phone system, Telstra, along with our extortionate phone bills. We were impressed with their knowledge, communication, flexibility and understanding. We now have a new 3CX phone system that was installed quickly, we can happily use and our bills are negligible. My FoneTel support has been phenomenal before, during and after installation. Thank you so much

We just upgraded our old commander phone systems to VoIP base phones, and its amazing. Extremely happy with support, service and price. So easy to deal with Mr Patel. He has been managing our Telco services for last few years. Always keen to help, and recommend best for us.

Just got rid off old Telstra NEC phones to IP phones. Telstra didnt bother to resolve our genunie call diversion and number display option even we were paying in thousands. Miki and owner were very supportive, sorted out all Telstra mess in couple of days.if you want quick response from Telco then should be My fonetel's client.

We have couple of repair service centers in perth and always wanted to stremline all communication into one place. We tried with Telstra but it was way complex, delayed and super expensive. Got involve with My Fonetel and rolled out perfectly on hosted phone systems with Fanvil voip handsets, some headsets and mobile apps so our staff can work away from desk when requires. Extremely happy the way My FoneTel kept it simple process, effective & very professional. Very happy.

Recently bought new Phone Systems and SIP Trunk to my new business and price was very economical. Other supplier was giving me quote with double price.
