All trainers are very friendly and helpful for every student.the aim of this training college is to provide good quality training to students for their better future. Wow. Such fake reviews here. Here's a real one: flex training has been a dampener on my life. Not because I've gotten training there, but because anyone I know who gets involved with flex has to whinge and complain about it to me for hours. My friend used to work there and recounted all the horrible things that happened to her there, the mismanagement. Such a sad place. Then, another friend has received training there. From the confusing of booking to the attitudes of the staff, lack of organisation and how they lie and retaliate. Just stay clear of these guys.
Training here has been excellent, which will help me in future. Staff has and experience and knowledge.
I have had the best experience doing my course at my flex training. Trainer's are highly knowledgeable and experienced in what they are teaching.
MyFlex honestly has THE best trainers and staff ever. Their trainers are so accommodating and very knowledgeable in their classes. They are also very experienced in the work field. I have learned a lot from them that would definitely help me in the workplace.
Are they won’t allow students to continue their training when they were almost completing their raining except for work practice (wen the student felt sick and had to stay home and then the covid got stuck)! The head should interfere in this!
I completed my certificate III in health service assistance. My flex doesn't support students in the ways they should. Trying to get in contact with someone from the training centre can take 3-5 days, considering the fees you pay its unacceptable. Even when I was on my placement there was a lack of support and I was constantly under stress. The trainers try there best though.
This is my nightmare. I am currently student at flex and they dun take responsible for anything. I am supposed to go to my work placement on 7th DEC and now they told me to wait another month. Even to get that work placement, i had to call them several times and always got reply that they are gonna call me back but never happened. I always have to call them to get any informations regarding to courses or timetable or anything about work placement. And which makes me so angry is the students who started the course behind me already finished the work placement and I am still here fighting to get my chance to go to work placement. Before I was thinking not to give bad review but I can't stand them anymore. They dun take any responsibilities. Because of them, I am having mental break down as well as anxiety.
I am totally exhausted mentally. I feel like I have wasted my times by going to this collage. Now I am lost and dun know what to do, to even go on with this aged care course or not. They dun even deserve one star and totally disaster. You can do the course here if u want to waste your time and money. But for me I have regret now.dun be stupid like me.
Did my cert 3 here. Very very very disappointed. Super frustrating company to deal with. Took forever to recieve my certificate once i had completed everything from my end. Would take over 2 weeks to reply when i sent emails. Would not return my phone calls. Save yourself the headache and use another company. Would not recommend even if the course was free.

Very busy place.different rooms for various courses. Trainer very well versed in Medication and Seizure Training. Enjoyed both classes as she was very proficient (not boring) in explanation and of giving examples. She was also able to give us paperwork to follow whilst being shown on slides. She was very patient and well and truly confident listening to us and in bringing us back to focus on our lessons.
Team are fantastic. Friendly and very professional. Shout out to Fiona? On reception she was amazing, helped me and remained calm while I had an issue. Would definitely recommend to other ppl.
I feel scammed!
I paid $2600 for my wife to learn aged care. They gave her a few days in a classroom and overwhelmed her with information then sent her away with a pile of paperwork to complete with little to no help.
I'm actually talking to some government services to see what legal action I can take to get my money back.
If you want to learn aged care go to someone who cares about teaching it, and cares about the students.
My Flex Training is my workplace and I must say the management and staff are so lovely to work with. I feel connected with all of them as co-workers and the aim of this training college is to provide quality training to students and are very open to making reasonable adjustments to accommodate all their needs.
