Guys whenever there is vacancy from my flex, don’t go for that. Indirectly they are scamming jobseekers, they are hiring and selling their uniform and staff card. After that releasing shifts for name sake just showing notification but no given shifts, which means shifts are already given and releasing for formality purpose.while recruiting they says if we don’t work once in 3 months our account will be deactivated but how we will work when there is no shift. Deactivating old again hiring new is that how you raise your funds?

They will show you 6-8 hour shift and send you home after 4 hour. Dont fall for this trap, and the lady form Myflex has loudest voice in the world, if you call for an assistance she would just scream! Wow

Myflex is a fantastic training organisation with highly skilled and knowledgeable trainers. The environment created by the staff and Management gives you so much encouragement each day. I Highly recommend using MyFlex for all your training.

Teachers and quality of education good.
Team management, time Management poor.
My flex needs to change the methodology of submission and feedback of assignment manually to online. It was very frustrating for me to visit the office to collect the assignment fixing the questions and then again visit to submit that. Wastage of time and energy

Three staff visited. Did not listen to what my needs were rather told me or tried to tell me what I needed. As a Veteran I found them to be condescending

I would not recommend this service provider. In the past 2 months they have provided less than half the service they were engaged to do. They very rarely advise that they have no-one for the shift which leaves us waiting for the support we need & Having to start work at a particular time, leaves us little time to do that. If they do call, they always blame the worker. We are always told they don’t have enough staff to always cover our service. When they did find someone we were told if we changed the time of service she could come as she didn’t want to start as early as we needed her.
Luckily we can arrange a last minute cover but what happens to those who can’t? Do they go without personal care for those days? To think that this company is on the NDIS list of providers is a concern. Surely they have a Quality to maintain to stay as a provider. I have written to My Flex outlining my concerns a month ago, but to date there has been no response. Not even an acknowledgment of my email. Poor customer service and little care of their vulnerable clients.

There standards are pretty lax as client i went to missed four medication visits where she didn't get her medication, when she rang to see if anyone was coming she was told they didn't have anyone to send.i think that is not good enough then I turned up to the same client she had no medication in the lock box I rang the office to be told just write it in the notes that was no medication very blaze about. I only worked for them for three weeks there standards need to be looked at and they need to train their employees better. Shouldn't have to pay for own training.

Although the training was fine, staff were always difficult to deal with, i had several follow ups to try and receive finalizing paper work with each staff member never able to help and just hand balling the responsibility to a different branch or another person. Ended up being several phone calls and emails and a week and a half of waiting before i got any response from a staff member

I am registered nurse and registered midwife of Sri Lanka. I'll move to perth next December. I want to follow a course to get Australian qualification. I am interested in Aged care.please let me know about a short course (6 weeks) starting on January 2018.

The Certificate III in Individual Support at Flex was awesome. The staff were amazing, especially Tahmina. She spent hours with me helping me to write my resume and helping me with preparing for my interview. They said to me that they can't guarantee a job upon completion but I've never seen a business put so much time into their students AFTER they have finished their course! Thank you so much Tahmina and Flex! You made my move to the healthcare industry smooth and rerwarding!
