Knew exactly what I wanted, the girl that served me was polite it was priced great and I saved $65.

Lovely friendly and energetically knowledgeable staff. I walked up, asked for a handful of fragrances I wanted and the staff member knew precisely what was in stock and what wasn't. Pleasure to deal with.

I have had two favourite perfumes for many years - Opium and J’Dore!
As a pensioner I can no longer afford either and have been to many parfumeries looking for another perfume in a similar line.
None of the perfumes suggested came anywhere close!
This morning I was served by a young lady named Rebecca at your Cockburn store.
Her very first suggestion was CK Obsession. It is perfect! She is certainly an asset to your company!

I am appalled at the customer service I received here today. I approached the counter looking around at some of the perfumes, there were two young girls on with their backs to the shopping centre having a conversation between themselves. Not one of them asked me if I needed any help, I had to ask them myself. I asked for a few testers, the girl who was “helping” me was beyond hopeless. She gave me a few testers and then thought that was enough and walked back to the register section and continued her conversation on with her other co worker. Now I was ready to purchase something but she couldn’t even be bothered to ask that. There was another customer that had approached the counter as well and they too ignored her and I was just about walking off until the other customer said something to them. The girl rudely said oh do you want to buy something and I said yes I did but you were being very rude and she had the nerve to answer back to that. Very disappointed and will never ever go back to this shop. I used to always purchase my perfumes and aftershaves from there but never again.
