The customer service is outstanding, especially thanks to the pretty girl with dark curls who assisted me in finding a product. I'll definitely return just to see the lovely staff!

This little permanent pop up is my favourite place to get perfumes! I find myself dropping by even when I don’t need anything just for the amazing service. I’m always served attentively by the staff working and receive the most delightful assistance from the girl with the pretty curls in particular. I was here last week and her dedication to ensuring my satisfaction stuck with me, she answered all my questions and went above and beyond when giving me recommendations. Be warned that they don’t have testers available for everything although the girls do a great job explaining the scents.

950am in morning Thursday29th June. Stood at counter for a few minutes. Didn't get served. So going to purchase elsewhere.

Most amazing group of girls and customer service with a wide range of authentic products. Best place to go whether you’re just having a browse for something new or hunting down some older scents

Nearly everytime i come to this store the girls behind the counter are rude, or on there phones, have masks off or talking to each other. No customer service skills at all, and can't even say thankyou have a nice day. Just get the bag given to me with not one word. I will never shop here again. If you are not happy in your job LEAVE!

I have been here a few times and every time I'm there I get a friendly greeting from Emily! She always helps me pick the best fragrances, her knowledge for perfumes is top of the line. Thank you for helping me pick Red Door for my mother, she loves it! I will be back again soon to buy something for myself:)

Great little "pop up" shop - excellent selection of perfumes - gorgeous staff members - will definitely head here first for my perfume selection!

Good selection of genuine fragrances at cheap prices. As long as you don't expect great service here, you'll be fine.

This place deserves 0 stars, 10 people standing around the counter waiting to be served by their slack employees who were trying to look busy and not serving, once I had waited around for ten minutes the lady comes over and goes no testers because there is 5 mins to closing, get a life, not how you treat customers that are about to place a big order, decided that they don't deserve our business, never going here again and I strongly advise that you don't either. Customer service is key so I would think about retraining your Saturday staff or finding better and more helpful ones

I phoned up the store to have the fragrance I wanted place aside but was unfortunately told that it was out of stock. It turned out, however, that there was actually one bottle left, and so the lady I had previously spoken to on the phone decided to call me back to inform me of this, which I thought was great that she had the initiative to do so. Overall, customer service was surprisingly good despite all the negative reviews.

Retrain your staff in basic customer service. You lost a sale today, we were in the middle of being served and were clearly still requiring the servers help when she just walked off to have a social chat with another staff member on the other side.so unbelievably rude so we just walked away! Will never shop there again. And from other reviews I can see we are not alone in our experience.

Staff is rude as hell. The girls working there didnot even greet and kept looking at me like i was going to steal. I asked for a tester and her response to each and every perfume was i dont have any. They did this last time aswell and I actually spent over 200$. They cant run a small popup store and on top have a lousy attitude.

Rude staff! Very bad customer service. If you really want your customers to be happy buying from you, you need to have good staff who are happy to help unlike rude and not interested in helping anyone type of people!

I am a perfume lover. My absolute favourite at the moment is Lancome Tresor. Picked up a gift set today, only to be served by a snarly young lady. Won't go back here bad service and not having any knowledge about what they are selling has turned me off this little store.

We wanted an item which was on display, the lady then pulled one out from under the counter which looked like it wasn't factory wrapped. We asked what was the difference and she said the one i wanted was for display. It was in its box wrapped and there were a few more. I insisted on taking the one on the counter and she very rudley said to put the display one back on the bench. I said I no longer wanted to purchase the item she got upset and said fine and mumbled something. I said clearly there is a difference if you got that upset. She was fuming and I was very happy that we didn't get scammed like all the other poor people. Will make sure to spread the word every where. It sad to see that the owner doesn't know he employed someone creating a loss for them whilst they aren't there. A message to the girl at the kiosk. Your a kiosk sales lady nothing more.

Got CREDIT CARD Scammed at this shop. Our card got blocked when we used it here. Now we cannot use our card until next Tuesday after easter. They have ruined our holiday as we now have no access to money and have over 1,000 klms to get home tomorrow.
