MV Auto Service & Repair - Armadale

Takes parts out and doesn't replace them, telling you to come back next time. It was only an air filter, that was a 1 minute job. Obviously didn't go back and just did it myself when I had time. Tells you about "issues" that "need to be fixed", didnt do anything at all when took the car in for a basic service. There's other things that were extremely unprofessional that I will not say but I'd avoid going there if you're a young female, you'll feel uncomfortable and you will get scammed. They also ASK you to give them a 5 star review here, you shouldn't have to tell people to give you a rating lmao. Smaller businesses do not do this and they still get the same amount of customers because they provide a good service. Don't trust reviews, half of them are literally bots they had to pay to get the rating this high This happened last year and im not sure of the specific person is still there but if they're not, could have improved, who knows

As a woman walking in to a mechanic I am always a bit cautious. Just wanted to say how much I appreciate the guys at MV for taking such good care. Taking the time to have a good look to see what was wrong (and not making me pay a huge sum for a big part straight away) very fairly priced. Will be a regular customer from now on:)

Fast & efficient work completed on my car and also checked with me with a quote before ordering extra parts needed for the service. Loan car also available for a day! Prices are very competitive and repairs are quoted prior to fixing, so there are no unexpected costs. I would 100% recommend using these guys and won’t be going anywhere else.

Fast and easy transaction. They have inspected the car thoroughly and recommended the maintenance needed. The car was actually left at the work shop late afternoon and it was ready for pick up morning the following day. Awesome job guys.
