Muzz Buzz Java Juice

After having a very rude experience at coles liquor land, I decided I deserved a coffee frappe. I was greeted with smiles and had a lovely conversation with the owner and the two girls working. It makes you feel so included as the customer when employees treat you as they would a friend, this definitely made me forget about my previous shop experience at coles! Thank you so much, you definitely lightened my day:)

Have to say since changing management the service has gone down hill. It's taking 15+ minutes just to get a coffee in the morning. At least the previous franchise owner either had additional staff on in the morning for the before office rush and came out to your car if you were in line to ensure your coffee was ready and waiting at the window. Coffees are also considerably lighter and often red hot.

Lovely staff, always prompt with service and friendly. Coffee is passable, since it's in my direction, not as good as Zarraffas though!

The stuff are always lovely, they make a good coffee and there ice coffee is fantastic, probably the best I’ve had in a long time.

Ordered an almond flat white on free tall coffee day and was pleasantly surprised how good it was! Will definitely be going back

Really nice coffee but very pricey, and all muzz buzz are not the same price, depends what suburb u go!

Mixed experiences coming here. Sometimes you get the best smoothie/frappe ever, other times you get one that is so chunky and unblended that it doesn't fit through the straw. Guess it depends on who makes them. Well made coffee but I wish the largest coffee came with an extra shot as it's very milky, noone wants a milky coffee that costs you $7.30. Service is friendly though which is nice.

Really good customer service.
Just need to change the straws they provide. It's too small and cannot sip the frappe. Chocolate chips get stuck in the straws

Very slow, not a free flowing drive through. Drive up and sit and wait at the window. Coffee was good once I got it though

They Always make me the best coffee every time, I don't really have a complaint with them everyone's experience is different, there fast reliable and always have friendly staff, some times there is a wait depending on how busy they are but I've not really had a problem as I still get served, the wait is only because of other ppl not the staff so learn to be patient and you will get what you want.
Lastly they always do exactly what I ask for my dietary needs and there coffee is always consistent.

My favourite Muzz Buzz in the area. The lady who usually works there always remembers me and the way I like my frappes made, even when I haven't been there in months. ️️️️

Love the almond lattes. Tastes great. My go to for my morning coffee. Staff are always smiling and friendly. Love the reward system using the app. Easy, and quick.

Went through Muzz Buzz on my way back from Minawarra Park with my pup I got coffee she was given a little biscuit
