Muzz Buzz - Dixon Road

Muzz Buzz makes great coffee and really lovely, professional staff. It's a Saturday morning treat

We ordered 2 breakfast panini’s which were both rock hard stale on the outside and cold and soggy on the inside. The “bacon” wasn’t cooked and the egg was cold. Could eat them they were awful (and not cheap either!)

Had no idea what the Entertainment Book vouchers were, looked at us like Aliens. Anyway after a long drawn out process we got there in the end, but may need to be made aware of & trained on the Entertainment book Vouchers.

Do not listen to what you want always getting the order wrong. Coffee was cold and a smile and a thank you would be nice!

If you aren’t sure about an a order, then repeat it back to me. Don’t just say yep, yep, yep and then proceed to get everything on my order wrong.

Had to pay for that, not a fan of paying for things I didn’t order.

Ordered 2 non dairy coffees and recieved 2 full cream milk coffees which would be fine if I wasn't allergic to dairy! I called to let the manager know and he said "I appreciate that" no apology. My husband uses muzz buzz everyday, I think you've just lost a customer.

Great place to stop of for stuff like the other Rockingham one on enterprise way close to Bunnings

Service with a smile. Fast, friendly service. They are always welcoming and polite. They girls know I like Dixon Rd muzzbuzz over others in the area and will go out of my way for them.

Love their chai and their latte is nice too. Friendly and always open when you need them. I go at least a few times per week. No regrets.

Coffee no flavour forgot flavouring not full perhaps under 3/4 s full and being on boxing no attempt to communicate with customers but they were not rude could of smiled a little

Service is good, as is the food and drinks. Only criticism is that weird blind/low-visibility dog-leg in the road when exiting the drive thru.

Love the bubbly staff member better than today's. Coffee's great but the over all take away experience isn't always my favourite. Cheers most of the time.

Very disappointing. Tried to buy meat pies etc from them several times. Never has the food when ordering. When I asked why don't they ever have meat pies etc when I order and I was told we only get a few out for each day and they sell. Really bad management that this is the case. I have never been told.sorry no one's at the other 2 Muzz Buzz which are around them.

Your staff today was very rude! Speak to me very rudely like i am taking her time! Will never come through here again! Friday 17th April at 4.30pm

Coffee is good quality and always hot. Staff are friendly and always have a positive vibe. Just what you need in the morning!

Our Barrister - Breanna was AMAZINGLY helpful and friendly! Our first visit to this (muzz buzz) location and we would do it all over again! We ordered 2 mocha-frappes (one White choc) and a cup of donuts! ALL - Deliciously prepared! THANKS for the delightful experience Breanna!

Would have liked to have opportunity to actually have a coffee. Was happy as I got a free coffee voucher in mail, so first off I went to the wrong muzz buzz and was redirected to Dixon rd which I arrived at 4.03pm and was told it was closed. So thanks for nothing. My advice to miss buzz franchise is you should clearly state your opening times on voucher, and or be actually open when people want coffee.e. G.in mornings on way to work or weekends later in arvo so when people getting tired driving from weekend away they can call in. So until that happens. I enjoy my $1 24hr coffee next door.good luck competing with that sincerely.shoulda thought about position of store more too.
