won't now return.
When served- at least that person has been friendly enough.

Awesome mocha nice and hot and the blueberry muffin so yummy, very friendly happy staff. To top it off they had a doggy treat for our pup and he loved it, added a pic of him finishing it off at home?

I go out of my way to find and use Muzz Buzz as the coffee is consistently excellent

Went in Dec to get a smoothie for the kids on a hot day. Strawberries were not available.they did inform me but said they would add the syrup instead. I tried it and it tasted disgusting. Much like a sugary sour flavour. I would normally leave it, but as the smoothies are not exactly cheap. I came back after one taste and asked for a refund or to swap for something else. The lady who served me (K) was so rude and did not offer anything. Poor customer service, and awful products. First, and last time I will ever go to Muzz Buzz. Never again.

The Coffee & service are great but every time I’ve asked for a loyalty card I’ve been given the excuse that they are waiting on new ones (November to January) - it sure seems like they just don’t want to participate

Staff are always nice & friendly to me when I come here. No complaints there at all. I just got a vanilla iced latte from there but was a little disappointed it didn’t come with cream like it showed in the picture.

I usually go thru maccas as quick n easy and cheaper. But thought its early, will treat myself so i order online arrive only one car at window, 9 minutes later i get a luke warm coffee and no biscuit, bad mistake, thank god i have a microwave at work, very disappointed

Don’t waste your time Buying the cheap microwave sausage rolls and pies that feel like they come from the supermarket very soggy, coffee and drinks are good other than that nothing elas.

Order was confirmed and cancelled multiple times. Ended up waiting an hour for my food to just get cancelled in the end.

The coffee is so good and surprisingly fast the workers there are so freindly would 100 percent recomend

Staff are friendly. Frustrating they usually run out of cold fruit drinks in afternoon. Or in morning. Staff would say they not serving any fruit cold beverages. Would be good as not everyone a coffee drinker. But drinks that staff make. A+ standard.

Coffee wasn't the best, the coffee machine needs to be cleaned more regularly and my cappuccino didn't have enough milk, it tasted quite watery and was very hot where I couldn't hold it to drink.

No juice available on a 40degree day! Only coffees, Wow this makes no sense. Staff were cold and not friendly also, disappointingz

Their frappes are the best! Especially their mocha frappe! It goes so well with their assorted pies XD

Always good - though occasionally run out of croissants. Looking forward to the new "Coming Soon" menu items

Missed food on a delivery order, when I tried to ring them they hung up twice on me, then told me there was nothing they could do and I would have to talk to a manager, and that I should call myself as they were too busy. Bad customer service, no sorting of my issue, didnt seem to care. Would now rather drive to Rockingham where their staff are always so helpful, Kwinana just doesnt care it seems.

Waited 10 minutes for a juice and two staff members and please for the life of god get ingredients for a Beet It Juice

Coffee ok but took forever because there was only one junior employee on a Sunday morning serving.

Because it's next to Hungry Jacks and I can get a cheesy cheeseburger with no pickles and angry onions for $3.00. Used to be $2.50.
