Muzz Buzz - Girrawheen

Coffee is always average and expensive. Went back here for the first time in two years and it was unfortunately just the same. Very weak and milk texture is lacking.

Girrawheen used to be my favourite Muzz Buzz but they've changed hands and the coffee is off. It's weak like dishwater, undrinkable. I tried a couple of times with current owner thinking maybe it's just the day but nope, not going back.

Lovely coffee, staff always so kind and bubbly. They take their time and not a rushed job, the food is great.

Went through today for an Ice Latte and definitely will be going back! The staff there were lovely and polite. The coffee was amazing and service was quick. Highly recommend!

Worse than servo coffee. They are using pre-mix machines, can't even taste the coffee, tastes like hot milk. Not the fault of staff, a very poor decision by the franchisee. I feel sorry for the staff because they have to wear the unhappy customers. Owners need to go back to proper coffee and stop penny pinching

FYI this goes for all Muzz Buzz Stores, not just Girrawheen:
Expensive and average. The hot food is quite over priced and not big portioned either. The frappes are too sweet and the flavour is not that great. For a place that has access to real coffee I’d expect them to be way better. Cheap and nasty quality with a gourmet price tag. I’d not get anything from there other than a hot coffee if I were you. Those aren’t bad

Water is tastied than their juices. Their juice tastes very blant.they are putti g too much ice, I got my money back by complaining to menulog… and i am so glad to leave 0 star

Sorry I am only writing this review in the hope of some improvement. I used to come to muzz buzz Girrewheen practically every day but in the last 3-6 months the quality of the coffee has dropped dramatically and very inconsistent and often see staff I’ve never seen before so I assume it’s just new untrained staff but I can’t justify spending $6-$7 minimum on a coffee that is practically undrinkable, either bitter or milky and weak. Just not nice at all. Sorry as the owners are lovely but I have had to stop going which is sad because very handy when have kids in the car and need to drive thru.

Went late in the Arvo about 20 minutes before closing time and was served from a lovely girl with Blonde hair and some nice tattoos, she was polite and had spot on customer service skills. BEST coffee I’ve had in a while. GREAT WORK MUZZBUZZ

Went somewhere in late April or early May, during compulsory to wear masks. The blonde girl that served me VERY CUTE, BEAUTIFUL EYES, should have asked her name. Good food and drinks, open very early, great service and friendly.

Stopped going to Girrawheen muzzbuzz about 3yrs ago when the current owners took over because there coffee alway tastes watery and 1/3 of a tall was always froth when I have a latte. Decided to try again as they are only 1 minute from my house and low and behold they are still the same. No wonder their driveway in always empty!

Worst Mocha Frappes ever. We decided to give them a go again since they are so close but never again. It is tasteless. They need to call Innaloo Muzz Buzz and take some lessons on how to make a frappe. $16 for milk is ridiculous.

This is where I buy my coffee everyday, and love it. The owners are amazing - always remember my order, and even give my dog a treat?

Absolutely disgusting food. Ordered $50 worth of items. Coffee was cold. Hash brown bites still partically frozen and cold/mushy ordered RBO size cup came half full. Sausage roll cold and didnt come with sauce that we paid extra for. Large juice came half full. Worst of all paid $12 for a breakfast panini we opened the box it was the size of a dinner roll with only egg inside NO bacon NO spinach NO hollandaise sauce. Will not ever order from here again will be sticking to the innaloo store as that take pride in the food and drinks. Reported to uber eats for a full refund.

Great place on the go all around the year and specially in these winter mornings with their great coffee and hot choc. They are instant good service and always knows your drink the moment you drive in which is great when you are rushing to work saves a lot of time. Great chicken Turkish pesto hot and crispy tasting great with the hot drink. Good luck to muzzbuzz Girrawheen for being a great store on the go

Very weak coffee the past 3 times I've been so I won't be going back. After asking for them to be strong it's obvious the business owners are holding back the coffee to save themselves money, which is a shame but it explains why people wait in line at the better stores and Girrawheen rarely has a car in it.

Always happy and efficient service, my orders are always yummy, the only muzz buzz I go to now. Thank you great job! Tam

Service was okay but coffee wasn't as great as it usually is.it was cold and disgusting
Rating purely on today's experience

DONT ORDER HERE: Was at the standing order window. Saw the woman making a milkshake for a mother customer. Bananas skins were completely black. The bananas themselves were covered in large black (not brown, but black) spots. Absolutely discussing. She did it right in front of me as well. I told the woman who ordered it, and cancelled my order. Will be reporting to health department.

Ordered a latte but got a flat white. Coffee tasted like it came from a filter machine. Muffins were ok. Service is good. Both times I have been the lights inside have been turned off which is not a great look.
