Muzz Buzz - Greenfields

I hate being lied to.
Yesterday Mon 30 October 2023 morning no Granola so she suggested just the yoghurt and fruit no Granola I said No discount she said yes and lied. Charged full price, lying bish.

Smoothly was a bit thin in contents
Cheese toasty was ok and the bacon and egg panini was a bit stale

Thier is a group of girls here that make getting a coffee an amazing experiance they remember you’re order and always greet you with a smile, it’s good to see a team work so well together

I don't normally leave negative reviews but the young girls at muzzbuzz Greenfields are a joke. Too much of an effort to come and serve us as they had the music up so loud and were busy chatting with each other. One finally came over and made it very obvious we were inconviencing her. We ordered a coffee, a mocha and toastie. The mocha and coffee were not nice at all and I sent the pale unmelted cheese toastie back to be reheated. For asking for that I received a dirty look.
Totally disgusted with servicee if you could call it that.

Ice choc doesn't taste like ice choc. Bacon and egg is still frozen in the middle and ask for grande gave us tall

Waited about an hour and a half for Menulog to assign a driver, received a very lovely call to say that the muzz buzz employee was unsure what was happening and would give me my small 2 drink order for free if I was able to come collect it.when I arrived the employee was very lovey and considerate for an issue that had nothing to do with their actions 10/10 service

Beautifully made coffee! I keep coming back for their coffee and super friendly and bubbly staff! I thought it would be hard to find a regular takeaway coffee place when I moved here, but I've found my go to place! Thanks for giving me my daily coffee fix! I will return!

The usual great coffee, however the staff are absolutely fantastic, so friendly and efficient, this is my favourite Muzz Buzz store

Great service although the girls are under staffed like everyone is a the moment they were friendly, pleasant and my Mango smoothie was amazing. Thanks ladies your legends

Love the soy hot chocolates, its all i ever get:) but my brother raved about the matcha frappe the other day saying it was amazing too. Always friendly service.

Loved it. The 2 girls who served us were friendly and communicated with us as they prepared our smoothies.

One of the best quick coffee not instant coffee. Costumer service is quick. Crossaints and paninis are spot on.

This has to be the slowest place ever to get a coffee. They need to hire some older females who know how to multi task.

Good coffee half the time. Always 1 girl that makes a terrible coffee. Seem to not care. Have to try avoid because of her. Partner gets hot chocolate and says that's not as good as the other girls either

The staff members are always amazing, happy and friendly. You are more than just a coffee.

Waited 10 minutes as they served cars on the other side who arrived after us, then a person. We drove off disappointed with the lack of customer service or account of those waiting.

In line for 25 minutes only for the girl to skip us and walk to the car behind us and take their order. They really need to fix this. It's just not acceptable. If people want to order 4 hot food items or a large order of coffees. They should move to a waiting bay.

I dislike the coffee and the price is high compared to the convenience store across the parking lot

Love the staff at the Greenfields Muzz buzz they're all so friendly and quick to remember your usual order if you start going regularly. The coffee is good but the service is what makes it great
