Muzz Buzz

Stopped by this muzzbuzz for my mum on mother's day for a short soy cap. Not only was the lady who served us amazing but she was attentive to all our individual coffee tastes confirming what we all wanted and even asked if I wanted cinnamon on my chai. No one has ever asked me that before. I happily said no for my individual tastes. Everyone agreed our coffees also tasted great. We will definitely come back.

Service is always friendly and with a smile, even if it has been a hot day, or the oven isn't working

The girls will provide the most delicious coffee to send you off and keep your day going.

HOWEVER…when you sell blueberry muffins without any blueberries, that’s false advertising. This is the third time in recent months we had bought blueberry muffins minus any sign that blueberries have even been waved over the mix. Muzz Buzz…this is not good enough!

Well located, but slightly awkward to get into, though that's pretty normal for the Cannington area. Also their oven has been down for a while, so no muzz balls. Personal favourite is the Java chocchip with 2 additionally shots of coffee

Muzz Buzz coffee on the go, can't complain too much as I go there because it's on the way or closest one to me. Coffee is a bit pricey but that's all muzz buzz, not only this one.

Blond chubby girl was rude as f over a empty cup that i asked nicly if she could dispose.only had one cup holder i said,
and her answer was, i dont care i dont want it.i then said its ok no need to be rude.shamless b.

I get the same thing everywhere with muzz buzz $6 for a large coffee is ripping it. Its not worth it shop around.

Such a rude staff.but coffee was good.change the rude staff and give chance to fresh young people

I usually have a 5 star experience but received a faulty cup today and, when i picked up my cup up out of my car cup holder, got covered in coffee and so did my car. This was very disappointing as i love my RBO lattes

If you don't really want to eat the shared hotpot, you can choose your own ingredients and they will cook it for you and served it with a really big bowl. And as with other similar place, you have to pay extra for sauce, on the plus side, the selection of chili, sauce, and other herbs are quiet good.

The manager was extremely rude to myself and my college when we went in for the happy hour coffee and tried to charge an extra 50c for soy, last time I checked this was included in the special, I have been to three other muzz buzz's and got the same order with NO extra charge and to top it off the coffee was 3/4 filled and the rest was foam. I asked for a hot chocolate as I don't drink caffeine and have previously been allowed to get one instead and was rudely just told no.considering it is a promotional offer they seem reluctant to even do it and i certainly will not be going there again

I came with my disable client to get him a juice at 4: 20pm and the lady who works there refused to serve me, saying she needs to clean the machine. At 4: 20!
Worst service ever.

Everytime i have been there its shut.even 3 or 4 hours before advertised closing time, not open, no wonder muzz buzz is disappearing, good coffee, poor franchisees

Horrible coffee terible service i wouldnt bother go else where they make mistakes then blame you horrible horrible horrible.

Oven was turned off at 4.15pm (they close at 5pm) couldnt get hot food & my orange juice/apple juice was not cold, not to mention the service was from a grumpy miserable young female. Phone number is disconnected so you can't even call them up to lodged complaint to the management.

DAVE and The Girls down here no just provide a great coffee the service and personalities down here give you more energy then the coffee.stop in on the kenwick link and albany high way.
