Muzz Buzz - Bayswater

Have ordered a almond milk cap twice from there and both times that have put normal milk.
Then try to call the store 3 or 4 times and no one picks up.

Coffee is not cheap and its not hard to ger a order right.i suggest a bit of training and maybe write on the lid almond milk.

Nice and friendly staff coffee didn't take too long to come out and very accommodating with different coffee options

Looks a bit drab in that complex but good friendly service and the coffee was smooth. Menu is pretty limited in their coffee flavours so would be a regular if this was updated.

Took over 40mins, with only 2 cars in front. Staff weren't sure of stock, staff didn't know how to refund. Then handed us the wrong size coffee. Never again.

Today around 1pm we were served by the most wonderful girl- she had red hair and made amazing drinks she deserves a promotion or raise?

My partner and I go here everyday and we honestly couldn't be happier! The staff here are the nicest we have ever come across, they always remember our orders, and they are all so kind and accomodating and lovely! Honestly even if the coffee wasn't great (even though it is) we would still go here because the staff are so wonderful and always brighten our day!:) <3

I went today and ordered chocolate milkshake and the lady just mixed milk and chocolate powder and gave it to me when I asked she said this is milk shake do you give different training to every one I always take milkshake from this store and it's always different and tasty.

Great and friendly staff, fantastic coffee and breakfast on the go. Wouod recommend their ice coffee granitta and breakfast panini

Nice, convenient and polite staff. I do miss the flavoured soda they use to do but the selection on offer is still good.

Everyone here makes the coffee different, sometimes it's hot, sometimes it's warm, sometimes it's bitter, sometimes it's watery but its never that good and it's $$$, been like that for a long time and it's very frustrating. Once again this morning it was next level bad. I'm done

I pop in weekly & have come to know some of the friendly staff, esp the boss lady & Heather (she's a keeper!)

So ridiculously slow. Not sure if they are under staffed at the moment but i have been twice recently and both times I left the queue because I was sick of waiting.

Everyday. Best coffee. Best staff. Staff are always so happy and genuinely actually love remembering and making your order.
No matter what staff member they always make my day with their friendly chats while running mad behind the machine:)

The manager here is totally rude and the recent change in staff was a terrible decision. Terrible service and gross coffee.

Puts coffee into reusable cups with out rinsing out the day old coffee.no point in buying muzz buzz $20 travel cups for your car.

Have had ok coffee a few times but just had the worst coffee from there this morning. It's like they used the dregs from the coffee tray and poured it into a cup and called it a flat white. Won't try again. Also, why are you offering plastic straws? Ridiculous in a time where people are trying hard to reduce plastics
