The best experience i have had in a salon in a long time. Very professional and friendly. The service is great. They listened to what i wanted and the price i was quoted was what i payed even though they used more product due to my thick hair. Would definitely come again if i am in the area.

This place is great! I had put a dark brown box dye over my bleach blonde hair and wanted to go back blonde. Instead of just doing what I wanted, take my money and destroy my hair.they really showed care and suggested a strand test, when it showed I had damage they put in a treatment and I got an at home treatment. When I re-booked they did another strand test before absolutely nailing the colour! I honestly thought I wouldn't have hair this healthy and be back to blonde! Jennae was so knowledgeable and understood exactly what I wanted and she absolutely delivered! I'll definitely be coming back and bringing my mum and friends! Thanks again so so much, im one happy blonde!

I traveled up to purchase some products and they went above and beyond to help, me. They put it all aside without me even asking and gave me an amazing price. So genuine and friendly and their service was 10/10.

Nice salon, very nice staff. After several unhappy experiences with previous hairdressers in Mandurah I have finally settled here. Good stylists who talk to you, keep their appointment times and of course it's lovely to relax and have a nice coffee as well.

One of the best haircuts my daughters have ever had. Even though they're young, they were still treated like valued clients and given a nice experience which made them feel a bit special and the styles on both girls were great.

I love getting my hair done. I have very thick hair and a lot of it. If I go to a cheap hair dresser I am always disappointed with how it turns out.
With Mussan you lay for quality. The price is high but so is the service. I got a wash, a cut, blow dry and straighten for $82. My hair feels so good. A week later and a wash at home and it still looks and feels as good as when I left the salon. Highly recommend.

Lovely service and salon however services take a REALLY long time. Would have given 5 stars however the cut, colour/foils and blow dry which usually takes 3 hours took 4.5 hrs. It just simply doesn’t need to take that long which dampens the experience.

Kate did an awesome job on my wash, cut and blowdry. Great attention to detail. My fridge had a good shape:)
