Museo Skin + Spa + Hair

I've been a client of Museo for about 5 years now and of Mel's for most of this time. I love going to get my hair done, she does such a great job!

I had an incredible and seriously relaxing experience. I tried my first ever meditative mindfulness facial, and it was fantastic from start to end. I will definitely be back on a regular basis especially when feeling super stressed. Gemma was such a great therapist and all of the staff that greeted me were lovely. I can't recommend enough

I've just recently had my hair cut and coloured by Cameron. I'm so happy with it! He has done a perfect job with the colour (I'm a blonde) and the cut is 100% spot on what I wanted. Thank you SO SO MUCH!

Helen gave me the best massage I've ever had, the whole experience at Museo was incredible. Can't wait to go back!

Museo is awesome. I have been going there for years and have never had a bad experience. Everyone there is lovely and the treatments and service is always excellent!

I visited this spa and bought an expensive 4 x skin package and paid up front.
After 2 of the sessions they said they charged me wrongly.
I paid $850 and had the bank receipts but they would not honour it I feel totally ripped off and would NOT recommend this place to anyone. So disappointed!

I recently went into Museo for one of their spa packages and I can only say fabulous words about the staff and the service.

I felt like royalty and couldn't believe I could get that holiday relaxation but in Perth. But better!

I would and am recommending to all my girlfriends and will definately be back.

I can honestly say I have never been anywhere & had such a relaxing experience.
Nothing was rushed. The massage was the most relaxing I have ever had. Then when it was finished with a head massage OMG I was really in heaven.
I cannot recommend this heavenly place high enough

What an awesome salon! From the second I walk in the door I'm looked after. Staff are great and Adam knows his business! After going through so many hairdressers locally and none knowing how to cut hair, Adam took the time and effort to get to know my hair. It's not easy to cut but he is a great stylist and knows what I'm after. I come all the way from Sydney just to get my hair cut here. Shout out to Adam and the team! I'll be back soon.

I love Museo! It is always an absolute treat; the staff are very friendly and helpful and know their products. Whether in the spa or salon, I have always had excellent experience, just wish I could go more!

The quality of the massage was not as I anticipated for the price. No one asked me how the massage was afterwards so I was unable to give this feedback directly to the salon

This place is amazing! Best facial I’ve had in my life. They genuinely care about helping you and not just taking your money. Claudia is so good at what she does and makes your skin feel so healthy afterwards. I highly recommend Museo for facials!

The service at Museo is exceptional. It’s the little things that count - the mini neck shoulder massage at the beginning, smiles and courtesies from all the staff and most importantly, exceptionally talented hair therapists!

Hair experience was good but the owner of this salon oversteps personal boundaries. But I forgive this time.

I love visiting Museo, always a fabulous experiences. The spa is gorgeous, cosy, relaxing, luxurious. I never want to leave. They have great hairdressers to. I've had a number of people do my cut and colour (I'm a bit of a last minute booker, so slot in with whoever is available). Never been disappointed!

Great ladies.but my shellac nails started peeling back on the 2nd day already! Overpriced for the quality provided!
