Murrin Murrin Village reviews
4Stayed in the old part of the camp had to share toilets and showers. Cleaners tried very hard to keep them clean but Philippines welding crew didn't help there corse as there hygine is not the same as ours. Food was very ordinary but ESS was in the last days of there contract and couldn't care less. Hope it improves next time there's a shut down.
Rooms standards vary wildly. Depends on your luck & your fixed roster or casual work. BIG downside there -for me- is the food quality in the restaurant more than any room.

After a few swings here, I think it needs to be reiterated that food standards need to be lifted. When you work in mining, food & meals standard is more important than even home as it is not just food, but can affect your mental status while working away from family for extended time. The facility owner needs to spend appropriately on this!
Basic camp, depeding on where you are, access to rooms can be dark and uneven ground. More laundry is needed, and maintenance is always busy. Room service cleans rooms only once before each swing, none while you're there. You have to provide your own hand soap, tissue box, and laundry powder. One positive, you can get your own permanent room.
Very old camp with no internet. Food is terrible, rooms have old AC units as loud as a wheel loader, TV works.sometimes. Some windows have no foil to black it out for day sleep.
