Really bad management from here. The fabrication manager have always blamed the workers for making continued errors on jobs and not accepting management errors like unreadable drawings given to the workers that are faded and unclear to use for take measurements from. If they were a good company they would supply readable drawings to ensure no mistakes are done. But they will continue blaming the little people below the workshop manager.
