Droppers a tyre off for a puncture repair. Was told it would ne done that day and no call. Rang that arvo and it wasn't done and was told they would call me the next morning to pick it up. Never got a phone call and it lead into the weekend. Rang them again and they said they would call back with no response. Rang back after the weekend and still not done. The tyre was there for over 3 days and i needed to keep chasing it up. I ended up picking the tyre up not repaired to take somewhere else. I asked the owner to call and still no call. There customer service was rubbish and because they didn't call or repair the tyre I could not go to out to my farm as I had no spare. Would not use them ever again.

Damaged all of my Alloy rims while fitting new tyres (All rims badly scratched). Then they would not reply to my emails or return phone calls. Use this tyre company at your own risk because if they damage your rims they will avoid the issue.
Will never go there again and neither will my friends who recommended me to go there. Worst customer service I have ever received

Caravan tows plumb and true with these new tires on.

These blokes are to busy to do the right thing they need to slow down and focus on customer service not profit.

Putting the Irish back into Murphy's.or the other way around. I had a machine breakdown and needed an urgent tyre repair.
I stood by while they ripped off the tyre quicker than ring pull Bundy, put back on and blown up faster than a Trump scandal.
The tyre was back on and we were working harder than a shearer in marble bar. Thanks for the help team.

Service beyond what I expected. Dropped the car off stating that I'd probably walk to Midland Gate. They drove me there and picked me up when my car was ready. They even apologised for the delay which was beyond their control which wasn't an issue for me anyway. Would definitely go back.

I was looking for tyres. Murphy tyre Power came in the cheapest for Komho's. Great friendly team good service the boys looked after me. Awesome work

I used to come here and now I try to avoid it. In the past, the service has been excellent. But the last time I came in to change my tyres, I had a time booked and they said it would be done in an hour. That's fine, I left and came back an hour later-still not done. It would be another 10 minutes, they'll let me know when it's done. That's fine, I take a seat. I'm sitting there for almost and hour and I'm getting impatient. I go to the counter and it's ready. It's been ready for a while apparently, but no one let me know. Ridiculous, it wasn't even busy.

Bought four new tyres prior to going on a big trip north. I explained this would be the case and that I wanted the spare replaced with whichever the most roadworthy was; as the current spare had a bulge in the sidewall making it incredibly dangerous.
I was not offered a balance or wheel alignment when booked in and then an exorbitant cost was given to me when I asked for one on pickup.
While on the trip I got a flat tyre and went to change to the spare. Only to find the same spare had been left on which had been there prior to the new tyres.
Customer service and assistance was good; if it wasn't just for the sale and careless attitude afterwards.

Stopped in yesterday as pumping up my flat tyre noticed a screw in tyre.saw Tyrepower and stopped. Such a great help to have repaired so I could travel home safely. Thank you to you All. Jenny

Two corrections at another branch with problem not fixed and the guys from here nailed it first go and didn't charge us.now that's customer service

I keep going back to these guys for the simple reason that they are fairly priced and provide good service.

My sons car had to have new tires and got quoted a price on some brand I had not heard of.
After checking they only had 3 out the back so Troy upgraded him to a known brand for the same cost.
Nice.

Wait times can be a little long even when booked though so don't be in a hurry! Improve that and I will add another star.
