Don't even bother with this small legal firm. I called and the receptionist told me someone would be in touch. Two business days later someone called back and I missed their call. I returned the missed call and was put through to some cranky sounding receptionist who refused to give me her name when I asked who I was speaking to. She told me she has absolutely no idea who called me and the only thing she could do was email everyone in the office and hope one would call call me back. When workers pass their expiry date you need to let them go or they will cost you business. Poorly trained and literally painful to deal with compared to more professional receptionists I deal with on a frequent basis. If this is how they are to deal with before an appointment, then imagine how unprofessional they will be once you give them a case. Moving on to the bigger firms who can afford to hire properly trained staff.

I've dealt with Kelly, Jason and Peter on a number of occasions over a long period of time. Their work is consistently of a very high standard and also sensibly priced. We had a long-running contract dispute with a third party that lasted nearly a decade. We were firm in our belief the third party was in breach due to unconscionable conduct. Dispute resolution processes were followed with various regulatory bodies to no avail. Legal action continued.

A couple of years back we went to a lawyer who stated “you should have come and seen me earlier I cannot help you”. I was dismayed knowing in our heart we were the aggrieved party.
